Great location with amazing views. Walking distance to a trail head (connecting to other trails) and shopping/restaurants. We had a couple of maintenance issues but the owner was very responsive and quickly fixed the issues. I would recommend staying here.

This house was wonderful. 11 of us stayed for a family wedding. The pool and hot tub was refreshing and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels for all us was nice! Very close walk to town.

Home is beautiful! Bathrooms are updated and are exceptional. Open area where plenty of room for us all to hang out. Pool and hot tub were great, especially after a hike.

We spent a long weekend in Sedona visiting our son. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be able to walk uptown to two restaurants that he manages there. We were close to hiking and golf which we enjoyed in spite of some crazy heat! WE just got out there early and then spent the day in the pool! The pool was PERFECT for this time of year and we were so happy we had it. It cooled off in the evenings and we were able to walk to town and eat/shop! Lots of space to spread out in this home. Kitchen is FULLY stocked. Will book again!

Great location and it’s surrounded by beautiful views! Had a few problems at first but they were rectified very quickly. Very quiet house in a very quiet neighborhood. Saw javelinas in our front yard! Overall very nice and would recommend.

We stayed here once before and enjoyed it so much we were looking forward to coming back. It's a beautiful house with comfy beds and all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We really enjoy the location as well. We walked into town easily for dining or shopping.

The property is well taken care of and provides a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill area. My family loved hanging out in the hot tub at night after exploring during the day. It is in a quiet neighborhood but is close to local food and stores. Great views from the balcony. Will gladly book again.

Check in was easy. Host’s communication was prompt. Value was good. Would have been helpful to have a book with instructions on how everything works (like hot tub). Heating pool was an upcharge that was communicated after booking. All beds were super comfortable. Great outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location.

Great Ladies Trip House

There were 7 of us total for our stay and the house was perfect - plenty of space, the layout was great, and well stocked. Great location - walking distance to shopping and coffee shops/restaurants and short drive to hiking trail heads. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for Large Group

We visited Sedona for a girls' hiking trip with 7 women. This property was perfect for our stay. Very spacious with lots of room - very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and the pool/hot tub were amazing!. It's a short walk into the town to the shops and restaurants. We'd stay here again!

My family from various states enjoyed a mini reunion for 4 nights at Jackie and Sam’s home. The location was convenient to uptown and had beautiful views from the loft balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the variety of Keurig cups available to us so we didn’t have to go shopping for coffee. Our hosts were responsive. Beds and seating were comfortable and plenty. We definitely recommend!!
