Cosy holiday apartment for families, located right on the beach. It has a spacious terrace with direct ocean views. Located on the 8th floor (with an lift). The terrace is equipped with an awning. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating, as does the living-dining room.

One of the bedrooms overlooks the pool and is accessed through the kitchen. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers. The kitchen features a ceramic-glass cooktop and all the fully functional appliances necessary for a family’s daily life. Refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, Italian coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer. The living-dining room with ocean views is very pleasant and spacious, featuring a Smart TV and a set-top box with international channels in the following languages: English, German, Dutch, French, and Russian.
