Beautiful, cozy villa for 4 persons at only a few steps from the sea, private, fenced plot with 7 x 4 m pool and private parking. At 1 minute walking from the beach (50 metres).
The entire living space is distributed on the ground floor. At the entrance there is an inviting porch, nicely furnished with sofas, ideal for relaxing in the shadow. The ample lounge offers a dining area, a fireplace, gas central heating and Sat TV (with some English channels). The kitchen is just aside and perfectly equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge-freezer. From the lounge you get to the 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, the other one with 2 single beds), both with air conitioning and a bath room en-suite, one of them with a bath tub and the other one with a shower. Both bed rooms have direct access to another covered terrace with barbecue area. An external staircase leads up to the sun terrace with amazing sea views.
The mediterranean planted plot is completely fenced and the 7 x 4 m pool offers nice refreshment during the hot summer days. Furthermore an outdoor shower, roofed and open terraces for sitting sun bathing, barbecue, private parking. In the garage there are a washing machine, a second large fridge and 2 bicycles at your disposal.
The villa is completely furnished and equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday; washing machine, ofen, microwave, large fridge-freezer (2), garden furniture, sun beds, BBQ, bicycles, canoe, etc.
Good location in a residential area at only 50 metres from Els Poblets Almadrava Beach (pepples), the Les Deveses sandy beach is at approx. 300 metres, a 5 minutes walk. There is a restaurant right next door. There is a little supermarket just nearby and diverse restaurants and bars in walking distance. The village centre of Els Poblets is at only 1 km from the villa. There you will find all everydays commodities; various shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc. The city of Denia is at 9 km from the villa and can be reached by car easily within 10 minutes.Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.
