While the host was very responsive, the heat was out and was not repaired during our stay. Elisa brought 2 space heaters over but one only worked for a short time & then quit. There was hot water and the kitchen was stocked. The dishwasher was not working but the laundry and dryer did work. The renovations to the part of the house looked amateurish. I couldn’t tell whether it was mold or dirt or ill - finished paint on parts of the floor & ceiling. It was a short drive to Galway.
Elisa did refund us one nights stay & did offer a full refund if we left after the first night. However, as it was a Saturday most every place in Galway was booked so we stayed the 2nd night.
I would not stay there again.
