With kite-surfing beaches, a birdwatcher's paradise at the nature reserve, a very large garden containing fruit trees, a hot tub, and a private bar, this retreat offers serenity, style, and space for all the family.

Behind the classic pebble-dash cottage exterior lies a sleek, contemporary interior—renovated to offer modern living in an Upside-Down style, maximising views both front and back.

With a dining table that seats 8, the large kitchen overlooks the garden from the 1st floor.

Next to the kitchen, the cosy living room has views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight and leads to a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a drink while watching the sun set over Southampton waters and its cruise liners.

Enjoy a generous garden space perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring two distinct patios. One boasts a stylish pergola and outdoor bar, ideal for summer evenings and social gatherings, and the other a Hot Tub with views down the garden.

Use of the Hot tub comes with a £50 charge for the stay. You will receive a message with the details when you book.

Parking on site is free. Parking space for 3 cars comfortably, 5 suggested maximum.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If the sofabed has been used, please do not put the bedding away
No glass is allowed in any bin, as it needs to be taken to the local bottle bank. Please take the bottle bank with you.
Close all windows and reset radiator TRV's as per the manual
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
