Always a great stay

My family and I have stayed at this house quite a few times and we always have a wonderful time. Todd is a great host and makes sure you have everything you need. The location is perfect with a private beach a block away and a fast ride to town. Looking forward to our next visit

Relaxing Loocation

If you want to relax this is the place. The neighborhood is very quite. You are a 5 min walk to a private beach and about a mile from the Montauk harbor area. Most importantly, the property is spotless.

Beautiful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.

A wonderful place to spend our family vacation with young children. Small, calm, private beach a short walk from the house. Beautifully decorated but cosy home with enchanting garden. Short drive to Town centre or to Ditch Witch. Todd was a wonderful host - very responsive and thoughtful.

Thank you for a wonderful week! The house provided everything we needed. The beach cart made it so easy to get to and from the private beach. Had regular and positive communication with the owner. Really just a breeze.

Great house in a great location

My family and I stayed at Todd's house from 8/11-8/18 We have been vacationing in Montauk for a number of years and have rented several homes over the years. The house was clean and well kept. All three bedrooms were a great size. The pictures do not do the house justice it really is a beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay and Todd was a great host. Can't wait to return again next year

Great beach house.

Everything in the house was great. The place was very clean and well maintained. You could tell the owners cared for the house very well. Proximity to the beach is incredible. Would definitely rent this place again. Perfect for a small family.

We had a wonderful vacation in MTK! Todd’s family home is just a gem! Beautiful so nicely decorated and in the perfect location of Culloden Shores ! I can not say thank you enough to Todd he was so easy to work with and helped make our stay ideal!

Beautifully decorated comfortable home within walking distance of a private beach.

Everything you could want for a perfect beach vacation. Spacious 3 bedroom home with plenty of outdoor space. Extremely clean and well appointed. Our second visit. Owner is very easy to work with as well as accommodating. Looking forward to a return.

Wonderful Week in Montauk!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home. We walked into a welcoming, bright and spotless property. The friendly owners set the stage as if you are checking into a hotel with various supplies they include. Location is quiet and allows you to walk to the bay as well as Gosman's Dock. We would definitely rent again. 8/13/18
