Unit 43- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf front view condo requires a seven night stay, no exceptions. It is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has beautiful furniture with a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with also a 32" lat screen TV for your enjoyment. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub. The kitchen has Formica counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker. The condo has carpeting in both bedrooms and living room area, while the rest of the unit is tile. The open patio will allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Vacation on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Tower, 043 and had a wonderful week. The unit is clean and accommodated 4 adults. The entire condo faces the beach and has windows that run the length of the unit. You feel as though you are never off the beach. The Palm Bay Club has beautiful grounds and access to the both the Gulf and Bay sides. We had a great stay and will be back.

Fantastic week at Siesta Key on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at this unit. We love the proximity to the beach and the beautiful view. Our routine each day: go for a walk/run, eat breakfast, walk out the chairs and umbrellas already set-up for us, take a cooler of drinks, snacks, sandwiches, come inside around 4:00-4:30, rest/nap until about 6:30 then drive to the village for dinner. Unit is clean and in good condition.

Our parking lots were patrolled and the security staff was very visible. Condos were as advertised we were in 43 of the tower. Stay next year!
