Great relaxing location. Easy drive to nearby theme parks Disney, Universal, Sea world or hop onto the main roads for Kennedy, Coco beach, Tampa / clearwater or the turnpike for a break in Miami.
The local / theme park traffic this side is lighter then Four corners side of town.
