Step inside and be greeted by a spacious formal living and dining area, leading to a fully equipped kitchen designed to make your vacation effortless. Whether you’re cooking a gourmet meal or enjoying a quick bite, our kitchen has everything you need – from pots and pans to dishes and cutlery. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the open living room, where you'll relax on brand new, brown leather reclining couches.
Outside, unwind by our beautiful south-facing pool with serene lake views – the perfect spot for peaceful evenings or sun-filled days, with complete privacy and no neighbors in sight.
The master suite, located just off the living room, boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a TV, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and dual sinks.
The three additional bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. The second bedroom, featuring a queen bed and TV, is located at the front of the home. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV, while the fourth bedroom provides a versatile daybed that can be set up as a single or king-size bed, also with its own TV. A conveniently located shared bathroom is easily accessible to all bedrooms.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure all doors are locked and return the keys are placed back in the lock box and it is secured
Ensure all rubbish is cleared and bins emptied into the trash can outside
Place all used bedding and towels on to wash / on the floor by the utility room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A $100+ cleaning fee applies if the home is left dirty or items are damaged, missing, or moved. Inspections occur before and after each stay.
Plumbing Fee: A $200 fee will be charged if a plumber is required due to misuse resulting in a bathroom blockage.
BBQ grill - not available for guest use. If the grill is used during your stay, a $35 cleaning fee will be applied through the VRBO Resolution Center.

A great guest. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They were respectful of the property and left the place tidy. I’d be happy to host them again and would recommend them to other hosts.

Location and Convenience perfect. Pool was nice and private. There were good dishes for cooking. For the price it really needs to be updated. To much old carpet, linoleum, and the kitchen needs to be updated and upgraded. They need to make it more convenient by changing the door to code instead just a key it was very inconvenient having one key to share.
