We had a wonderful stay! The communication was great. We usually stay on a resort and were nervous about booking through Vrbo but Kieran was brilliant and made it super easy and put our minds at ease. The check in/out process was easy, the location was great (35 mins to universal, 10 mins from a Walmart or Target). The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and felt safe. The house had everything you could ever possibly need, pool floats, fully stocked kitchen, puzzles and game etc. The only thing that let it down a little was the cleaning, it wasn’t enough of a problem to complain or affect our holiday, we just did the bathrooms again ourselves and cracked on. The only other thing that could’ve improved it was thicker curtains or blinds, with the jet lag and some late nights in the parks it would’ve been nice to have a lazy morning or a later start but the curtains were so light and thin we were up with the sun everyday. The outside space and the pool was an absolute winner! Truly made our holiday! We spent so much time in and out of the pool and watching the sunset and the wildlife on the lake. It would’ve been even better if there was a bbq, but it had everything else you could possibly want & enough sun loungers that you could hop from one to the next and remain in the sun at all times. We loved our stay and we made family memories that will last a lifetime. Already thinking about returning.
