Storybook Charm in the Heart of Yarmouth, Coastal Cottage with Courtyard Garden Tucked away in one of Yarmouth’s most picturesque mews, this beautifully presented three-bedroom cottage is a true hidden gem, just moments from the beach, the yacht club, and the historic harbour town. Step inside and you’ll find a home full of character and warmth, thoughtfully styled throughout and showcasing the owner’s original artwork (many pieces available to purchase if something catches your eye).
The ground floor offers a wonderfully sociable layout, with a cosy coastal lounge perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea, as well as a second sitting room for quieter moments. A compact yet well-equipped kitchen opens into a bright dining area and charming summer room, complete with a day bed, an inviting spot for morning coffee or lazy afternoons. A convenient ground floor shower room adds to the practicality of the space.
Upstairs, the cottage continues to delight. The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat overlooking the tranquil mews and neighbouring cottages, while a second bedroom features bunk beds, ideal for children and leads through to the family bathroom.
On the top floor, the loft bedroom is nestled into the eaves, offering a cosy double space with views across Yarmouth’s rooftops, like something straight out of a storybook.
Outside, the private courtyard garden provides a lovely spot for alfresco dining or simply unwinding in the fresh sea air.
