Set within the hillside in the hamlet of Pleasant Stile enjoying an enviable location, offering some of the best views in Gloucestershire across the Severn estuary and with easy access into the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. If it’s the outdoors that you crave then head into the Forest with miles of cycling trails to suit all, the River Wye provides a great base for canoeing, kayaking and a breathtaking backdrop for the little more adventurous with rock climbing and abseiling. Step back into forest history at The Dean Heritage Centre and the Hopewell Colliery and more local attractions include Dean Forest and Perrygrove Railways, Puzzlewood, Go Ape!, the Forest Sculpture Trail, Cyril Hart Arboretum. For those craving culture and relaxation Gloucester is less than 15 miles away, why not visit the Victorian Docklands, take a stroll through the cathedral grounds and don’t forget the Quays for a lazy lunch and shopping. The small town of Newnham on Severn is close by and well served with local butcher, deli and bakery.

Take some time to enjoy the views across the River Severn before you step inside. Step outside and enjoy the afternoon sun in the enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ for al fresco dining and have a game of boules or croquet. Enjoy fabulous views from the summer house also in the properties garden. There is off-road parking for two cars along with additional parking alongside the property for two further cars and secure bicycle storage. The utility room is in the cellar of the property with washing machine, tumble dryer and bike storage.
