Sleeping up to six guests, the property offers three comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and enjoys wonderful sea views, with doors opening onto a private decked patio and part-fenced/part open-plan lawned garden – an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a day by the coast. The second bedroom (en-suite) is furnished with a zip and link king-size double bed, which can be made up as two singles if required. The third bedroom offers full-size bunk beds, making it perfect for children or additional guests. Two modern shower rooms, both with a walk-in shower and WC, provide plenty of convenience for guests throughout their stay.
Upstairs, the bright and spacious open-plan living area has been designed to make the most of its elevated position. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from leisurely breakfasts to family meals, while the dining area provides a welcoming space to gather together. The comfortable lounge opens onto a private balcony, with seating and coffee table, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking sea views stretching across the North Cornwall coastline.
Perrantide is perfectly positioned for exploring all that Upton and nearby Bude have to offer. Spend your days discovering Bude's award-winning beaches, enjoy surfing, paddleboarding, or swimming in the famous. Sea Pool, or stroll along the South West Coast Path to admire the dramatic cliffs and breathtaking coastal scenery. The town itself offers an excellent selection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs, while the scenic Bude Canal provides a peaceful setting for walking, cycling and waterside picnics.
Venture a little further afield and you'll discover some of Cornwall and neighbouring Devon's most spectacular attractions. Explore the picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac, visit the legendary Tintagel Castle, or spend a day wandering the charming streets of Clovelly. The wild beauty of Bodmin Moor, the sandy beaches of Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens are all within easy reach, making Perrantide an excellent base for exploring the very best of the South West.
Should guests want to use the EV charger during their stay there will be an additional charge for your use during the day. The charger can be used for free outside of peak hours (00.30 – 05.30).
