This beautiful, spacious home is ideal for family reunions, retreats, or getaways with friends. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two full living areas, and a dedicated game room, everyone can spread out and enjoy their own space while staying connected under one roof.

The home features a large great room with stunning views, another separate living area—perfect for watching movies, playing games, or just cozying up after a day outdoors. There’s also a private gaming space with a TV and video game console, perfect for kids (and grown-up gamers, too!).

Turn thermostats down to 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We take pride in and expect our renters to respect the property and everything inside of it. Please treat it as it were your own.
There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellations that fall on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
4 Wheel Drive vehicles are a MUST in the winter months. We are not responsible for towing out a stuck vehicle.

We had super spring snow but managed to have lots of family fun. We drove to MJ to park with easy access We would love it if you could replace the downstairs mattresses as both rooms are getting saggy ( not the bunk beds). This is our 4 th rental and it is an improvement that would be greatly appreciated. We love this house for our families

The host is very responsive and when informed of an issue had someone there to fix it within the hour. Thankfully it was only a pilot light out! The bedroom layout is great for large groups and oh my, the hot tub was awesome. We were pleased to find some fans in closets to accommodate the hot natured sleepers. Three generations of our family had a great time!

We live in the Denver area and have loved being able to spend time in Winter Park with our family. We have 3 boys and a girl. The kids are all skiing now so we have loved being able to come to Winter park and ski along side them!
I (Jen) worked as a Dental Hygienist until we had our 4th child and now I am focusing on our rental properties and being a mom which is keeps me very busy! Ryan owns a business in Denver selling backup power systems.
