We spent an incredible five days at Michael's condo with our 5 and 7 year old daughters. Everything about the condo was as-advertised. The unit is very large for a one bedroom so we found it had plenty of space for the four of us. The girls enjoyed the murphy beds, which were easy to pack away each day. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of beach and pool accessories (boogie boards, pool floaties, beach chairs, coolers, etc.). The condo complex is a great size, providing ammenities while also feeling more private than the surrounding larger properties. And we never got tired of the view right out the back slider and patio. We will definitely make Michael's place our first choice on a return trip to Kauai. We couldn't imagine a more perfect place to stay.

The condo is perfect for us. The hosts have done an excellent job of providing a wonderful environment in which to relax and enjoy the island. The furnishings are comfortable and the layout well thought out. The kitchen is well stocked with basics and the bed is very comfortable. We can’t say enough about this little slice of heaven!!

This is the nicest Condo and is exactly as presented in photos. It has everything you could possibly want while on vacation in paradise. Kitchen is newly updated with every cooking accessory you need. Grills are located by tennis courts, easy access, well kept and clean like new. There were even spices in the cabinet. Having washer and dryer in unit was an extra convenience. All the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and coolers you could want. Having full unit AC was awesome since we were there during a long hot spell at the end of August and would have been miserable without. Woke up to beautiful ocean view from living room and patio. Walked across lawn to watch amazing sunrises and sunsets as well as sea turtles every day. Location on Kauai is perfect for any activity or island beach exploring you might want to do. The unit is ground level with no stairs and just walk out patio to beautiful pool after a full day of exploring or laying on a beach. The owners, Michael and Gina, were very accessible for any questions or concerns and had the unit preset for our arrival with easy pin access on door key pad. We will definitely come back and stay again.

We had a fantastic experience with this unit. Michael and Gina are exceptional hosts. The location and amenities at Poipu Kapili are great. The provided beach items including chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and boogie boards were an added bonus. The unit is nicely updated and very comfortable - exactly as pictured. We hope to stay again!

Absolutely the most amazing vacation. The condo had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect for both walking to restaurants as well as multiple beaches and hikes. Everything in the condo is high end and super clean. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. We loved our stay and will be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was central to many activities (shopping, restaurants, snorkeling, attractions). The condo was so clean and well appointed. The updates are so nice too with two full updated baths and a gorgeous updated kitchen. We loved the walkability to shops and restaurants and the view from the condo was magnificent. Having tennis/ pickleball courts were a fun plus too. It was so peaceful but so close to everything you’d want. I can’t recommend it more!

Great place to stay

We spent 6 nights here and enjoyed it thoroughly. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, great entertainment system with a location just across the street from the ocean (beach is a little walk away). Pool is just outside the door. Highly recommend this place.
