We had a great time at this Florence property. Very well cared for and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely set up. It was great having a washer and dryer on the middle of our tour across Italy. The host was very responsive to my questions and needs. It was a hot summer so the apartment was not supplied with light blankets and we adjusted the ac as needed. As stated in the description, this is a 4th floor walk up with no lift. This is a great place to stay. Just be mindful of the stairs. After 5 days of walking thru Pompeii, Amalfi,Positano and Rome, our feet were getting heavy with the stairs.
