Our completely furnished flat includes all utilities, cable television and high speed internet.
Includes all linens, towels and bedding. Includes an HE washer and dryer and stainless steal appliances. Also has coin operated in lower level for lager loads.
Just off the West shore of Lake Harriet in Linden Hills. Great for walks throughout the year. Just 16 minutes to US Bank Stadium, Home of the 2018 Super Bowl!
The neighborhood includes coffee shops, Sebastians Joes Ice Cream, Lake Harriet, Restaurants, Gas Stations, Local Grocers, etc.

A great place to stay in the Linden Hills area of Minneapolis

This is a lovely property, very clean, modern, and well furnished. It is tucked into a neighborhood close restaurants and small shops. I look forward to staying there on my future trips to see my Minneapolis family.

Walkable location

A beautiful lake to walk around. Very secure building. Well equipped apartment. Garage parking was awesome to have. King bed could use a new mattress. Neighborhood restaurant are a bit pricey but delicious. We would absolutely stay here again. Marvin is very responsive.

Great location!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 months (summer 2024) and it was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, close to the lakes and other shops/restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Communication with Marvin was always very easy and he made sure to stay in touch with us throughout the stay. Highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Marvin!

Super loud person above you

The owner only provided you with one set of keys. For a 2 bedroom place-with several people coming and going-it was tough to coordinate with only one set of keys. Don’t be fooled-the washer/dryer combo only washes 2 items at a time. The person above was home 99% of the time and you could hear every move she made-super annoying. The place had a great location with classy finishes (granite etc) but because of the above neighbor etc-I wouldn’t rent again.
