Fantastic beach rental, its the 4th time we have stayed and absolutely love it. It’s cozy, close to the beach, and the host makes sure the house has everything you need for a great vacay!

We have stayed here several times already, and each time is just as fun as the last. The home is always well kept, up to date, clean, plenty of pots/pans for cooking with, dishes for meals. They also have a shed with plenty of beach toys and chairs. You can tell the owners do their very best with making you feel at home while enjoying your time while on vacation. This is definitely our go to home away from home when we take our trips to Port Aransas.

This was a Beautiful property! Close to the beach and the downtown area! It was pet friendly and the pool was relaxing after coming back from the beach!! Can’t wait to go again!

We loved the house and had a wonderful time. Thank you for being flexible with an early check in time so we could get ready for a celebration of life for our best friends Dad. The pool came in handy for some down time even though we weren’t there for fun. Thank you for everything would definitely rent again

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and being so close to the beach made it even better. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the views, and spend quality time together. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

This was our first ever family vacation with just us and our kids. We loved it and we loved the sea casa!! We hope to make this a tradition and will definitely be looking to come stay here again. We are sad to leave.

This beach house was absolutely perfect. It was in the perfect location, right up from the beach access. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, including coffee and spices. It was so nice that they had beach gear, including chairs, towels, wagon, umbrellas.. everything you could need. The air conditioning worked very well making the stay so enjoyable. The pool was surprisingly nice. It was the perfect temperature and made for a relaxing evening dip.

We had an amazing time. The kids were having fun in the pool and being close to the beach was a plus. Everything was a few minutes away. Also, our dog approved of this stay. This property had a lot of parking space and was able to park my boat there!

Place is great, exactly as described, Communication was great, they always respond promptly, extremely close to the beach, and they've got everything you need. Would highly recommend.If you stay for Sandfest do be advised that Sandcastle road becomes the vendor access road only and traffic gets a little hairy at times.

This place is absolutely amazing! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! We’ve stayed in at least 20 rentals in Port A, and this is by far the best one we’ve experienced.The home is incredibly comfortable and well thought out. The beds were perfect for everyone in our group — which is surprisingly hard to find on the island. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, the A/C worked flawlessly, and the screened-in porch was a huge bonus with zero mosquitoes!We also loved how easy it was to unload all of our beach gear, and the fact that they provide beach items for guests to borrow was such a thoughtful touch. The pool was great, and being pet friendly made the trip even better for our family. You truly can’t beat the location — it’s literally walking distance to the beach.We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back!
