We stayed here 15 years ago and just came back for a reunion. The house is worn and needs TLC. Coffee maker is pieced together, trash drawer was broken and wouldn’t close, laundry door was off track, living room rug was dirty, one of the toilets leaked, dishwasher makes a loud humming noise, etc. That aside, the house, beds, furnishings etc are very comfortable. Great location close to the beach. Our family loved being back in Summer’s Edge with a little fix up, this would be a 5/5 house.

Amazingly close to beach access. Gorgeous beach. Lots of space for 3 moms and 6 kids 12, 12, 10, 9, 6 and 6. Kids could ride bikes to food, friends, around neighborhood to pool, etc. very easy to communicate and reserve.

Wonderful house for a large group!

This is our second fall break in this neighborhood and our first in this house. Perfect location. Not super crowded. House was great for four families. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the kids all had bunks. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun at the Beach

This house was clean and had great space for fam/friends. (4 adults, 4 preteen, 2 teen). All adults had their own private bedroom/bath. We were steps away from the beach and were able to rent Chairs/Umbrella's. We were close enough to walk to rent bikes from a local vendor! Very enjoyable for a short visit.

Love the location; however house needs updating. Numerous problems: excessive trash not disposed of, tv in living room did not work properly, trash bin in kitchen was broken, ice maker did not work, tv’s in bedrooms either missing remote or did not work, codes given for beach and pool access did not work, sheets on upstairs bedding was dirty. Property management did not resolve issues in a timely manner. Took numerous calls, voicemails and more calls to get things resolved. Would not recommend renting from this management company!!!

The house is okay for a big family but the parking lot is very limited only for two cars and you have to park horizontal very inconvenient if you driving two big cars, the beach is a short walk maybe 3-5 minutes depending how fast you walk and if you carrying things a little bit more, the house look better in the pictures it definitely needs some updates like new carpet, the one it has is old and my husband end up with a rash from it is kinda dirty, a little to dusty for my liking and some of the bed sheets had stains and dust on them, a few things where broke when we got there like (door nobs, towel holders,door screens , toaster) they send someone to fix them except the screen and the toaster and our biggest issue one night when we got back from the beach the fridge stop working on us, they brought us ice chests and send someone to fix it next day but we where tired of having to contact them every day for something so stop working on us the last night and we just gave up ! I don’t recommend this property if you are looking for something fancy or for families where everyone is bringing their own car we had a photographer and had to ask the neighbors if she could park there !

Although this house has a nice layout and location close to the beach I cannot recommend it due to the poor condition of the appliances and equipment, lack of supplies and cleanliness and lack of management responsiveness. We arrived to find the oven inoperable, were told repairman would come fix it. Then later we learned it was a known issue before we arrived and a part was needed but we were never told! Had to throw out lots of food we had prepared and brought with us. Management refused to provide any compensation for our losses or lack of a working oven. Only working coffee maker is a Keurig but no information supplied on this so we had to go out and buy K cups.There was a tiny drip coffee maker but it doesn't work. Toaster has handle broken off. There was just a small handlful of very cheap flatware so we had to go buy plastic ware, the chef knives were so dull they wouldn't cut and there was no sharpener. No paper towels and the toilet paper felt like sandpaper. So we had to go buy paper towels and toilet paper.. And to top it all off the kitchen is infested with roaches! And forget about getting hold of management. To me this is outrageous given the price of this rental. Obvioiusly the ownership/management of this unit are cheap skates and do not care for their tenatns. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Amazing Amazing Place

This house was perfect for our extended family. It had the right amount of adult bedding (king size beds) and bunk rooms for children, including large, vented closet for a port a crib. The den/dining area had plenty of seating. I especially loved the many decks. Always a shady place to separate from the crowd. Plus it was an easy walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. All in my family agreed this was a great place!

Perfect location

I stayed here with 6 adults and 3 children, and it was perfect! We loved being within steps of the pool and a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. Sunsets on the upper deck were beautiful. The kitchen could use a few more items (salt, pepper, oil, tupperware), but those will probably be there by the time the next guest comes! I highly recommend the house!

An "amazing" trip to Seagrove!

It's been many years since I've had a beach vacation. Some friends and I researched beaches and rental homes and decided to stay at "Amazing Place" in Seagrove. It was perfect. Perfect location to both the beach and swimming pool(s); less than a minute walk. Lots of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, seafood markets, and shopping. I was extremely pleased with "Amazing Place" as it was even more impressive than the online pictures. We each had our own bedroom with a king size bed, full bath, flat screen tv, and access to a porch or balcony allowing for lots of privacy. Every room had high ceilings, overhead fans, and lots of windows. We enjoyed dining out, but the kitchen was perfect for staying home and cooking in or out on the new grill. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a large dining room area. My friends and I have already talked about another visit in the near future. We discussed including more friends/family as the house accommodates a large number of people while still offering privacy. We did not have children with us, but it's perfect for families because of the many bedrooms,two sets of bunk beds, and pull out beds. One of my friends said that this was the most relaxing trip she's ever taken, and she travels often and everywhere. Bottom line...we will definitely return. Everyday we woke up happy in our beautiful and comfortable surroundings. I was truly a treat for us all,and we didn't want to leave! I wasn't much of a beach person until now!
