About this property

Studio with peaceful garden at the foot of the island of Oléron

Furnished studio composed of a main room of 19 m2 including the living room (BZ for 2 people) and an equipped kitchen (gas hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker ...) + a mezzanine with sleeping 140, a bathroom with bath, sink and wc. Terrace and small garden. Laundry room with washing machine as in two apartments. The entrance to the land where the studio is located is shared with a small house. The gardens of the two apartments are separated by wooden cloisters, thus privileging everyone's privacy. It is possible to park 2 vehicles on the ground (one behind the other - 1 per accommodation). Car park with around 20 spaces 100 m from the rental. The studio is quietly located in the market town of Bourcefranc le Chapus, close to the shops.

Petite maison de pécheurs, très simple mais bien aménagée, idéale pour 2 adultes (et deux adolescents). Bien située ; commerces et parkings à proximité. Le village de Bourcefranc-le Chapus a beaucoup de charme et permet de se reposer de l'agitation et de la foule de l'Ile d'Oléron... si on ne réveille pas les canards du voisin.

Logement bien placé mais vétuste

Le logement est bien placé pour réaliser de belles excursions. Le jardin est très agréable. Cependant l'équipement est très vétuste ; mobilier recollé, scotché, ne fermant pas... Il manque de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine comme un tir bouchon, une grande casserole, pas assez de bols pour 3 ... Le voisin a un élevage de canards ce qui occasionne du bruit dès 5h du matin et des odeurs. Pour info ; Il n'y a pas de livré d'accueil et l'Office du tourisme est fermé le samedi et le dimanche.

Superbe location

Petite semaine (bien trop courte) passée dans cette location, et bien je recommande vivement. Idéalement placée au pied d'Oléron et de la côte sauvage, on a pu profiter pleinement de ces vacances. Le logement est impeccable et fonctionnelle, le sujet du stationnement dans la cour est un faux sujet les possibilités de stationnement sont à 10 m du portail et je n'ai eu aucune difficulté sur ce sujet.

Effectivement comme c est précisé sur l annonce et sur le contrat, il est possible de stationner 2 véhicules l un derrière l autre sur le terrain mais il y a aussi un petit parking à 20 m de la maison pour plus de liberté ! La maison correspondait exactement à la description de l'annonce, propre et bien entretenu. Bonne accueil de la propriétaire. Maison au calme et pas mal de chose à voir dans les alentours. Je recommande cette location.
