One block down you are on river walk with shops and waterview dining. One block to right you are at coffee, cupcake shop, pubs, arts craft's museum's, fine dining,local grocers, beautiful historical buildings, ghost tours and even get your own private horse and buggy tour of all of downtown. So quite when you want to relax away from noise of hustle and bustle but one block from all the action. 20 min ride to ocean. Can uber so don't have to worry about parking. 3 day getaway, house was as advertised and had everything we needed. Location was about one minute from the riverwalk, so convenient to everywhere.Enjoyed it!

Amenities were good. Could use some updating. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the place, in particular the bathroom as there was black mold found on the shower curtain and under the bathroom tub mat inside of the tub.

Thanks for staying and information on shower mat. I sure it was moisture and meldew from water beiing uhder the black non slip mat in shower. The mat and curtain is being replaced.

Best location, one block off Riverwalk. Parking is a huge bonus. Good AC. Very nice place and would recommend. Host is very communicative and friendly.

Great place to stay. Everything was clean and welcoming. Very convenient walking distance to everything on the riverwalk. Private parking spot is a definite plus.

Historic Wilmington

Location was great, just one block from river. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Beautiful area. Bedrooms were spacious and living room was comfy. Driveway was convenient for parking but hard to see traffic when backing out.All one level, but not easy for a person with a walker to maneuver around washer/dryer to get to bathroom and 2nd bedroom.

Incredible location!

This place was exactly as described and shown in pictures! Air conditioning, hot water, comfortable beds. It was super close to everything in downtown Wilmington so we didn’t have to walk more than a couple minutes to any restaurant, coffee, or bar. The host was great and provided contact information in case we needed anything at any time! Highly recommend for your trip to Wilmington!

This property was perfect for sister time around the Cape Fear Riverwalk! First time visiting Wilmington and this cozy home made our visit easy and relaxing. So nice to be able to return ‘home’ and go back out again and never worry about finding a parking spot. Chris was responsive whenever I contacted him which wasn’t often as we had everything we needed at this property. I would love to visit here again. Thank you Chris!

This home is very much what one should expect in the historic district of any city....small, quaint and lots of charm. The location is convenient to all the local sites and eateries. We walked to all the attractions and dining places. We had everything we needed to make for a fabulous long weekend get away.

Perfect location. Great stay.

The location is so close to the Riverwalk in a pretty neighborhood. We walked everywhere. Easy to step down to the river and watch the sunset. Nice furniture for sharing space with another couple. Good communication with Chris, the owner.
