Fun 4th of July week!

Great family friendly property. The condo provided ya with what we needed and more (kids enjoyed the flashlights for nightly crab hunting). Grocery store (Blue Marlin) had a wonderful variety and kept our restaurant outings to bare minimum. Truly enjoyed the comfy beds and spectacular views. Highly recommend this property.

Our family lives this beachfront condo!! The rental staff was very helpful & the site manager was also available as needed. The only problem we encountered was that there was no wi-fi available.

This was our second stay at this condo. The location is perfect. The condo has some maintenance issues. Our first stay I rated a 5, this one a 3. It is not being cleaned well, and the has not been maintained.. some are easy fixes…some not.

Location was excellent. Pools were clean and well kept. Elevator and condo were in disrepair. To name a few issues, only two of four burners functioned on the stove, door handle in guest bathroom kept falling off, sink handle in primary bedroom was broken. 3 of 4 lamps in living area were not working, dryer was not functional, patio furniture was old and the paint was chipping off. We enjoyed our stay, but for the price I would have expected the unit to be better taken care of.

Lovely location and ocean views

We stayed at this property last week. Great location within walking distance of grocery store, restaurants, shopping and just steps away from the beach. Appreciated the equipped kitchen, patio and the sound of the crashing waves 24/7. Only disappointment was the condition of the property. It was fairly clean but run down, i.e. worn out doors, wood trim pulling away from walls in places and anything metal was rusted. We realize that the ocean air greatly impacts property on beach but some minor fixes could make this a condo we would be happy to recommend. Also beach towels and a few portable chairs for beach time would have made the experience. Overall, great time and recommend for beach lovers.

Family vacation with last minute changes!

We were scheduled to go to Galveston, however the hurricanes caused us to replan our trip! We chose SPI, an easy place to book that didn't dissappoint for accommodations. Nice location, gorgeous views, easy access to beach. The management is easy to contact, however were unable to cease the construction/drilling/hammering/excessive noise above our unit 3/5 days we were there. This was difficult with two under the age of 3 needing daytime naps. 2/3 TVs worked for us. 1/4 burners on stove not working. Other than those issues listed above, we enjoyed our stay in SPI.

The Beach House at SPI

The location of this property was perfect; short walk to the beach & easy to find. View of the sunrise every morning over the gulf was gorgeous! Juan, the property manager was very friendly & present. Amenities provided were perfect!
