Our well appointed two-bedroom condo has everything you need to live out your dream Maui vacation. Relax in comfort in this rare single level 1,036 square feet open floor plan. Take advantage of the great walking location. Stroll to the best beaches in South Maui, and after the sun sets walk to some of the best shopping and dining South Maui has to offer.

Our condo is located at Kamaole Sands, one of the best South Maui resorts. 15 acres of meticulously manicured lush grounds. A large pool pavilion with two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, tennis courts and 10 BBQ's. It's across the street from Kamaole Beach III. There is a huge lawn where everyone gathers for sunset, and a playground with a swing set for the kids.

The spacious kitchen with granite counter tops has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal after a long day at the beach. There are ceiling fans in the living room and dining room. Watch TV in the air conditioned living room. The living room sofa converts to a queen size bed.

The master bedroom has a California king size bed with en-suite bath, TV, a large ceiling fan and A/C unit to keep it cool. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds, ceiling fans and an A/C unit. Free Wi-Fi, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are provided.

Washer and Dryer in unit.

Great location for seeing the whole island.

Beautiful accommodations, contains everything you could possibly need. Conveniently located…we traveled throughout the island. Owners promptly answered any questions we had prior to arrival. Loved the location so close to the beach and shops! Super clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Kitchen had all the supplies needed.

Great condo near the beach

We loved our stay in this lovely unit at Kamaole Sands. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the unit had a very cozy feel. The property itself is right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach and has great amenities on site.

Family Vacation

Very spacious condo in a great location to the beaches and restaurants in Kihei. Complex grounds have been immaculately manicured and pool and tennis courts are well maintained. I would recommend this location to others and wouldn't hesitate to return here on our next stay.

A perfect hub for everyday adventures

This property is located in the perfect spot for our stay. Venturing all around the island was made comfortable and easy thanks to Boris and his condo. He was very helpful in our requests, and made sure we had an amazing stay. I highly recommend staying here based on the convenience of being near the beach, restaurants, Kihei, and Wailea as well as quick access to the highway.

Wonderful property

We had a great time at this condo. My family and I stayed for 9 nights. Kihei is a great little town. So nice to be able to walk to the beach and to get breakfast. Highly recommend The Cinnamon Roll Place, just a short walk up the road. Everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean. Pool and grounds were gorgeous! Thanks for a vacation of a lifetime!

Great stay in Kihei

We really enjoyed our stay. Boris is a wonderful host and is very responsive if you need to reach him during your stay. There were a couple of issues that came up during our stay and he got back to us quickly with updates. We would not hesitate to stay here again. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and the beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice to have during our stay.

Perfect condo for our family of six…

We were very happy with our stay at Kamaole Sands! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 18, 16, 13 and 10 year old). It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen stocked with anything we would need. The boogie boards, umbrellas and beach chairs were so nice to have on hand and didn’t have to go out and buy or rent them. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at Kamaole sands quite a few times! This condo was clean, comfortable and made us feel at home! The beds were extremely comfortable!! lovely condo in excellent location

This condo was great- the kitchen was well appointed, the bed and even pull out couch was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo and having a balcony was a plus. It is right across the street from the beach. I had an issue at check out time and the host was gracious with my situation.

Great Family Friendly Condo

We just returned from 9 days in this family friendly condo. Fully stocked condo, lots of extras to get you through your stay. We loved having access to beach supplies (chairs, sand toys and umbrellas), extra bedding and kitchen essentials. Great amount of starter supplies for your arrival. Smaller patio space if you are planning on spending time out there, can be crowded for 5 persons.
