This gorgeous and modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath Single Family (not a duplex)waterfront house in Key Colony Beach is a rental home in a great location. Tastefully decorated in a Keys tropical yet elegant style, we strive to offer your best vacation experience!
Seasonally occupied by the homeowner so you can expect all of the comfort and amenities of your own home! High quality mattresses and bedding.

Private, heated pool and backyard is fenced-in.......CABANA CLUB pool membership also included!
Optional : Hot Tub heated water costs $75(per week and less per night for longer stays)

Important Notes:
1) No parties allowed here
2) Maximum number of vehicles allowed on property is 3.
3) Renter must use water responsibly - If we receive a "Continuous Water Leak" notice from the water company that is not from an underground leak or bad toilet flapper will be charged $25 to $75. Please keep hose valves off when not in use.
4) Umbrella next to pool is not for guest's use
Air conditioner has a low temperature limit of 74 degrees. we can set the lower limit to 72 degrees for a $50 fee

*** NOTE : There is about 28 feet of DOCK space but a boat on either side of this space so your boat has to have a total length(including a motor) of 27 feet or less and must be properly docked. We have bumpers at the dock too.

CABANA CLUB is a private club with a pool and ocean-front beach with beach chairs. It is located about 1 and 1/2 blocks from the home and included with a reservation.

3 bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. sheets, comforters and pillows supplied + a TV in each bedroom.

French doors lead out to an extra large, covered back porch area with furniture, tables, lighting, ceiling fans and a gas grill
Ample Parking in the front and side of the house
Parking for 1 boat trailer only

5 minute ride from the house to the ocean and a short ride to access the Gulf.
