The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom (ensuite), a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The owner has recently upgraded the unit with modern furnishings, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and split ductless air conditioning in the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay. These enhancements set Papakea J102 apart from other units in the area, providing a truly exceptional experience. The expansive grass areas are perfect for kids to play safely, and families can easily walk to Honokowai Beach Park for a worry-free beach day. When staying at Papakea J102, you'll have access to a variety of delicious food options, many of which are within walking distance. Please be aware that there is a $25 daily resort fee, which will be applied to the first 10 nights of each consecutive 30-day period of the stay and collected at the resort upon check-in.
Papakea J102 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawaii, which provides complimentary concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
