Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 4th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have a new 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and a new 42" Smart tv in the Master. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Our condo is located on the fourth floor, and not a far walk from the elevators. In general this unit will be priced less than the on site management company. We also have a 2br and 3br unit on the same floor for larger groups.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
