1BR/1BA beachfront condo that has beautiful views of the Gulf from the private balcony and is perfect get-away or for a small family vacation. The balcony is equipped with a patio table and 4 chairs. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!

There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. with a sofa and two recliners. The sofa is also a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

You are allowed to park one vehicle. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.*******A parking pass is not included with your reservation. The pass can only be purchased upon arrival at the Coastline Management Desk for $55. ******

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided). A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Amenities of the Phoenix V are second to none. They include a fabulous outdoor pool, a SPLASH PAD, a heated indoor pool, lighted tennis court, half-court basketball court, a racquetball court, fitness center, hot tubs (all located next to the indoor pool), sauna, beach side gazebo and a poolside BBQ/grilling area. *No pets allowed.

While you're here, you can relax and enjoy the sugar white sandy beaches, play golf on one of the 24 courses in the immediate area, charter a deep sea fishing trip, enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, go parasailing, or spend the day shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall! Overall- the place was fine. Good view of the ocean. Decor was minimal (which we appreciated). Kitchen has all the tools to cook and store food. Bed was ok comfortable but squeaked loudly with any movement. The property has significant construction in the Lobby area, which makes getting in and out very congested and confusing. The internet/wifi was down when we arrived and was down again for over a day while we were there. I had to cancel a client meeting due to this issue. The owner did not communicate about the construction and when I reached out about the internet/wifi issue, the response was that I needed to call the provider. To some degree I get it - onsite person needs to be the one to make the call, but provide that information ahead of time - just like we should have been told about the construction work. Additionally the communication was pretty blunt and not really what I would call “host like”. The bathroom floor was tile and grout was black with dirt. Needs a good grout cleaning. Couch had visible stains on the seat cushions. Bedroom window looks out into the outdoor hallway which is lit 24 hours a day and provides ample light during the night to prevent good sleep. Looks like at one point there were curtains but they are no longer there… The folding door to the laundry fell off the track - which we fixed as best we could with a butter knife as a screw driver since there were no tools. Washer/dryer unit is tiny and very very loud.
