About this property

Beautiful Oceanfront 3-Bedroom Condo within walking distance to the Boardwalk

Soak in the wonderful warm sun with direct ramp access to the beach and fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing on the sands. This first floor, 3-Bedroom oceanfront condo sleeps 10 comfortably with a king in the master bedroom, queen with a full trundle in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to provide additional sleeping space. Wake up to the beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom balcony and enjoy coffee and breakfast on the spacious covered deck. The Boardwalk is a short 5 minute walk, only 4 blocks away.

Pool is officially open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. It is typically opened earlier and later but please ask first. Linens and towels are provided. Condo is equipped with a video doorbell for an added layer of security.

Parking - Unit only allows two (2) vehicles and can only park one car in the B bay under the condo. Parking is tight especially during the prime season. The middle bays are for the 2nd vehicle. Each vehicle must display contact placard provided in condo with the phone you will be carrying in case your vehicle needs to be moved. If you have 2 vehicles, the suggestion would be to try and park in one of the middle bays that can only fit 2 vehicles and designate 1 vehicle as the main transportation source for the week and try and use Uber or walk as much as possible to avoid having to play musical vehicles the entire week.

The property is updated and very clean. The location was easy walking distance to the boardwalk area and restaurants. Parking was not an issue for us but if you have a larger vehicle or stay on a busy weekend it might cause some hassle. Overall a nice stay! The manger was extremely quick to respond and help through any questions.

The condo was a great place to enjoy Carolina Beach. The inside was clean and comfortably decorated, and the balcony was large with a great view of the beach. The beach access was very close and easy to use. Location was just a short walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants/attractions.

Wonderful beach rental

Our family had a lovely time at this rental. The rental was very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen (good knives, food storage supplies, good pots and pans). We had such a comfortable stay, it felt like home! The beach was perfect and easy to access. We are already looking forward to a vacation at this rental next year.
