Welcome to Flat Top Lodge!

Experience the tranquility of the Blue Ridge Mountains at Flat Top Lodge, just a stone's throw from some of the region's most sought-after destinations. Enjoy easy access to Appalachian Ski Mountain, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, and Sky Valley Zip Lines.

Flat Top Lodge is the perfect family getaway, offering ample space and a host of amenities. The main level boasts an open floor plan with a spacious great room and a fully equipped kitchen. A master suite with walk-in closets, a double walk-in shower, and deck access is also located on this level. Upstairs, a game loft awaits with a pool table, a Pac-man arcade machine, game systems (PS3 and Xbox 360), a Blu-Ray player, and a TV. Guests can also enjoy stunning views from the game loft deck.

The lower level offers more relaxing living space and a second stone gas log fireplace. The backyard is fenced, allowing dogs to run free without a leash.

This home is an excellent mountain retreat and is in a convenient location for accessing many High Country attractions.

Great Stay and Location

This location is great for larger families. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything you need. Just minutes from Boone and Blowing Rock.

Great play to stay for a long weekend. Proximity to Boone and Blowing Rock. Good accommodations for 3 adult couples, 2 children and a 1 yr old. Plenty of parking, good kitchen and activities.

Family vacation

Had a multi family vacation stay in this lovely home with it was perfect for and the overall stay was great a couple of hiccups along the way but the management team was very easy to get a hold of and eager to help us out. The different living areas made it easy and nice with all the kids in the house and the different games helped too. Would recommend this house and would stay here again given the opportunity.

Annual Family Vacation

The property is in a great location with a wonderful mountain view. We stayed two shortly after Hurricane Helene came through. There were a couple of minor inconveniences that did nothing to lessen the enjoyment of our stay. It is close to many attractions and also shopping areas. Family trip

We enjoyed our stay at Flat Top Lodge. This home was as described. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, 1 three year old and two dogs. It was nice to have a fenced in area for the dogs. We enjoyed the back porch while drinking our morning coffee and in the evening while dinner was being prepared.

Perfect for our family including our doggies

This house was absolutely perfect for us. The fenced in yard made it so easy to bring our dogs with us. They could run around safely. The layout of the house is perfect also. We loved the covered porches and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking as well. We'll be back. A wonderful house and Vacation.

Family weekend

We had a great time at this cabin. We had a gaggle of kids who were all 7 or under, so the pac-man game, pool table, foosball table, and game closet were a hit. We also had our dog who loved the back yard and laying out on the back porches. Everyone enjoyed smores around the firepit and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The location was also fantastic for grabbing food in Boone, going to the playground in Blowing Rock, and making a trip to Tweetsie. Would highly recommend this cabin!

Great stay on a snowy weekend!

This house worked perfectly for our group of 10. Having 2 separate living rooms as well as a game room gave us plenty of room to spread out. There is ample parking and no steep hill to access the property which was a bonus. The house is in an extremely convenient locatiom for accessing everything in Boone, Blowing rock, and Banner elk. The kitchen was well equiped and even had and air fryer, crock pot, and 2 types of coffee makers. There is only

Great Location

Very close to App Ski mountain. Great views of the mountains as well. House is super fun, pac-man high score of 98,000 ;). A couple of minor gripes really. Hot tub doesn’t maintain temperature when open, could be a simple fix? Bed in upstairs does t stay on the frame and kept slipping off, Alia probably an easy fix. With kids trying to sleep, the house is quite loud, be prepared with white noise or something. Overall, very comfortable and great house.
