Bird seed in feeders would have been nice, would have enjoyed seeing some bird life in the back yard. Was surprised I never saw one quail while in Sedona.

Only complaint was wifi was poor. After a day of hiking we wanted to sit and relax and it was difficult to even watch TV or do some work on our computers. Thermostat requests by owner was also not appropriate for us. Having the heat at 60 when it’s less than that outside is not at all comfortable. Otherwise good property.

Thank you for your feedback. Stormy weather can sometimes affect internet connectivity. Had the issue been reported during the stay, troubleshooting assistance, including a router reset, could have been offered to help resolve the problem. Regarding the thermostat, the temperature guidelines referenced apply only upon checkout and are not restrictions during the stay. Guests are welcome to adjust the heating and air conditioning to their preferred temperatures while occupying the home. The checkout instructions simply request that the air conditioning be left at 75° in summer and the heat at 60° in winter upon departure. We hope this clarifies both matters and appreciate the opportunity to address any misunderstandings.
