Very beautiful Condo on the 4th Floor, overlooking the Sea of Cortez and downtown San Felipe, you will fall in love with it, This Condo has Two Bedrooms Two Bathrooms, Master Bedroom Has a King Size Bed and the Guest Bedroom a Queen size bed, in the living room there is a pull out bed, very well furnished, on the balcony you will have a Barbecue Station with a nice table and chair, and lounging chairs to relax on.

The property itself it is very well maintained very secure in a private community.

Condo was beautiful and greatly secured. 24 hour watch security so that’s great. Not too far from El Malecón. Really nice place to stay at. Only downside was trying to communicate with PM.

Overpriced for what you get

Views are as good as the pictures, place is close to town, beach is a bit rocky and dirty but good to swim, locals drive around on the sand on theirs cars and bikes in the afternoon, so definitely not a private beach, pool is nice but just too small for such a large building, right next to Mexican navy base which has to big communication towers, not worth the money you pay.

Mexico welcomes all visitors, there are no private beaches, any one, and every one, can enjoy our beautiful water, sand & air, San Felipe is a very unique white beach with crushed sea shell mixed with sand that caresses the turquoise waters in the Sea of Cortez, the naval station that is 2 kilometers away from our building brings a feeling of protection. Our 2 Bedroom 2300 SqFt Condo that can accommodate up to 6 persons runs less the 200 Dlls per night, you are less then a 2 hour drive from the Mexicali Border, WELCOME to our home, WELCOME to Baja Mexico.

Need someone to pick-up trash bags and change plastic bags

Had an excellent time love the view and location a little hard to find the place for the first time but otherwise excellent. At first I didn't know what to do with the trash cans that were full because I thought someone was going to come by to pick-up and put new bags but I end up doing it my self and dumping the trash bags outside in the trash can. Other than that everything was excellent. I hope next time that's taken care of

Just what we needed!

We arrived about 6 hours before Hurricane Kay! Although we lost power for a few hours we never felt unsafe during and after the hurricane. Internet and cell service were an issue but that was everywhere, not just Playa del Paraiso. The staff was accommodating although our needs were minimal. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for an absolutely gorgeous view of the San Felipe lights by night and the beautiful Sea of Cortez by day. Thank you Ervey and Eric for keeping this place beautiful and relaxing and to Luis and Maria for your happiness and smiles each time we entered and exited the security gate!

If you want to spend a very relaxing weekend with your family this is the place you want. The master Room has a Jack cuzzy, perfect to relax after bing all day in a beach or at the malacon drinking and dancing. We had a wonderful 3 day weekend and will definitely rente it again for our next vacation in San Felipe ❤
