Gulf front vacation duplex - sleeps 8, with modern technology items throughout and FREE WIFI. 3BR/2BA beach front home has 2 private balconies overlooking the beach and gulf, with private staircase leading down to the white sand beach. Newly resurfaced decks (Aug'23) & new premier Polywood Lounger & Adirondack chairs on main deck (July '23) with all new deck chairs too.

This fully equipped home has Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, AM/FM Stereo w/Bluetooth, 4 Flatscreen TVs/2 Bluray DVD/1 DVD, icemaker and new Stainless Steel appliances. 65" Flat Screen Smart TV in living room w/Bluray! 40" Smart TV in Queen Bedroom (no DVD) & 50" SMART TV (w/Bluray and Game Hook-up) in Twin Bedroom also. Awesome for Sporting Events, and NETFLIX (guest account). USB charging ports at kitchen counter area too. Relaxing get away

The communication with Golf-Sands for checking in as well checking out was great. Their responses to any questions or concerns were timely. The place was clean and the listing was accurate. Location was within walking distance to restaurants and had direct access to the beach. Enjoyed the great views of sunrises and sunsets, as well as watching dolphins, pelicans and Herons. We had a wonderful time.

The location is great, on the beach with private beach access. There were some issues with the unit--there is no comfortable place to sit in the living area--the couch and love seat have no support and one sinks down into it, making it hard to get out of. Some of the electrical outlets have no power to them--the one right by the front door, one in the bathroom--had to use the hair dryer using an outlet in the kitchen. Only one outlet in the kitchen that worked, also outlets in the master bathroom upstairs--not all worked. Also the sliding door in the master bedroom isn't sealed properly and when we had a wind/thunderstorm, it whistled loudly all night and we had to sleep downstairs. The outside steps into the unit are steep and there is no landing when trying to put in the code--I recently had hip surgery and this is a bit scary. The kitchen also is not well equipped.

Great Thanksgiving 2023

Great duplex steps away from beach and close to restaurants and shops. It was very clean, had lots of amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
