The Sea Star, Previously known as Cocoa's Cabana. Authentic, newly renovated, beach house directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores, AL!

Look no further for your perfect home away from home on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Quiet, yet close to dining, shopping, and festivals. This spacious, comfortable beach home is waiting for you with its mesmerizing views and large relaxing deck. If you love the sound of waves and the sparkle of clear blue waters, this is the vacation rental for you. Watch dolphins play, help baby sea turtles find their way home, or float the day away, right in front of your vacation home. The name of this home is Cocoa's Cabana- all who visit know they are experiencing a well-deserved vacation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This house has added a 3rd bathroom! Bedroom layout as follows:
King Bedroom with bathroom
Queen Bedroom with bathroom
King Bedroom shares a full hall bathroom
Bunk Bedroom (one twin over twin bunk, one full over full bunk)

Important Information
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

This rental was great. We loved the single floor layout, lots of room for everyone in common areas, great kids room, wonderful deck that was partially covered with lots of seating. Perfectly clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was amazing.

It was as close to perfect as you can get!!! Beautiful house, gorgeous view! Everything was so clean. There were 6 adults and 5 kids. We all slept comfortably. The house was very nice. Great location. The bed frame on one of the beds broke during the night, we informed the property manager the next morning, and they had someone there within an hour to correct it. I would definitely stay here again.

First Family Vacation

My wife and I stayed here with our 11-month-old son for a week. The house was in a great location. It was the perfect distance from the crowds, but still close to all the shopping and food options. The house: You can tell it’s recently updated, everything was VERY clean! It’s an open living area which makes it perfect for a big family! The beds were so comfy, they spared no expense on pillows, sheets, mattresses, towels, ect! The porch/amenities: The back deck is SO nice and big! It had 15+ chairs on the back and our kids and adults enjoyed the open space with views!! Communication: Signature properties went above and beyond, the communication was so EASY! We will be back!

Outdoor fans installed in the ceiling of the partial covered deck would have been nice to help circulate the air. The dinning room table was large enough for all of us to take our meals together. . It would have been nice if the outdoor shower had a door so one could do a thorough job of getting the sand off of their body.The house was pretty with its blue and white theme throughout. The sectional was comfortable to sit on.The skillets were not useable. When I texted the property manager, they sent two new skillets over the following morning.

The property was just as described on the website. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water. House very clean. The only complaint would be to nail down the nails on upper deck. Had a couple of incidents.
