OCEANFRONT Avon - Pamlico Court - You can be ABSOLUTELY SHORE that you'll enjoy your vacation at this charming oceanfront home in the quiet north end of Avon.

Ideal for both leisure and activity and fully equipped for your vacation enjoyment. Start your vacation off right with a dip in the private saltwater swimming pool or a leisurely soak in the 6-person hot tub. A cabana half bath is conveniently located only steps away and the large pool deck area features a Tiki bar featuring a 40" outdoor TV with swivel capabilities for excellent viewing from the hot tub and Tiki bar and full-size refrigerator nearby to supply beverages for the beach. Also on the ground level is ample parking, a fish cleaning table with water and a gas grill.

Follow a few steps up to the first level where you will find the laundry room and two outdoor showers. Inside you'll find the den with great views of the ocean, large flat screen TV and sofa bed. Also on this level are three bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with private bath and ocean view and 2 bedrooms that share a full hall bath. The top level is home to the great room with large flat screen TV, access to the wraparound deck for outstanding views of the surf and sound and the bright kitchen with bar seating. Also find a convenient half bath and a second master bedroom with private bath on this level. Each bedroom in the home has its own flat screen TV.

You can be ABSOLUTELY SHORE to relax at the end of a long beach day at this lovely home.

New for 2024: New stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave in the kitchen.

best spot on the beach

perfect family vaca spot in Avon. combination of pool, hot tub, bar and access to beach along with sun porches to watch the sunrise and sunset make this an incredible spot to celebrate a week at the beach with family.

Summer vacation

We had a great time! The house was clean and very nice views. We could see deer from the back porch about everyday. It was a little chilly so a heated pool would of been nice and a few more chair by the pool would of been cool. But over all it was very good!

Perfect family getaway

We loved the location of this home as well as all the amenities. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 9. The kitchen was nice and large and fairly well stocked with cookware. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the decks. The only drawback was the long, hard walk to the beach. We felt like the length and difficulty of the path wasn’t accurately described on the listing. We would definitely book this house again in the future.

Relaxing Getaway

The online pictures were an exact match to how we found the rental property. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing. And the outside showers and bathroom were very convenient. The beach was fairly easy access by just climbing a small sand dune on a narrow path which you need to pay close attention to where you step because of the cactus growing. Definitely requires some shoe protection. The house and patio decks could have been cleaned a bit better, as we found moldy leftover food on the gas grill and food debris and dirt/sand under some inside furniture. The plastic lounge chairs and wooden picnic table by the pool were very old and broken and all need replaced. The top deck patio door frame inside also needs some maintenance due to past water damage. Overall this was a great rental property that met our needs and was very close to needed stores and other attractions.

Better than advertised!!

We stayed here the last week in October and luckily had gorgeous weather. This house is laid out beautifully with lots of adirondack chairs everywhere. The hot tub was used every night and pool also. The view is gorgeous, deer seen every morning on the dunes and beach, great restaurants, and very comfortable and cozy. We will definitely stay here again!

Stunning Views of the ocean

Our first family trip to the OBX was amazing. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and the panoramic views of the ocean were the most surreal and untouched, just beautiful. We walk 20,000 steps daily on the beach, which was a stones throw from the house, and felt like we were on a somewhat secluded island. So peaceful and calm with nobody to get in our way of relation but enough to watch surfers and windsurfing in the distance. Loved this property and the location with great amenities.
