"Ski in-Shuttle out" Altitude Chalet, Hot Tub, Mtn Views, close to village,

Our beautiful Chalet is located in the heart of Sun Peaks a short walk to the village. Our property is a True ski in, with runs off the mount Morrisey ski side coming right into our back yard. . A free village shuttle stops just a couple of minutes from the house every half hour in ski season 8am-10pm for easy pick up to the village ski area. You will enjoy beautiful views with full windows wrapping around the front of the house and facing Sun peaks ski runs and village. Our home has 4 large bedrooms with a bonus recreational room with Pool table and flat screen TV. An inviting Hot tub on the front deck where you can enjoy a relaxing après ski soak with friends and family while enjoying views of the Mountain and ski runs. Open plan kitchen and living area lends itself to having a wonderful family get together. Kids can take there toboggans behind the house and enjoy sledding in the back yard. We love Sun Peaks and are fortunate to have spent many years at this amazing hill. BC Registration # H401596915
Additional notes about the space:
Our home does have a self contained suite in the basement with its own entrance and is private from the house, the suite is quiet with a single tenant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Altitude Chalet. The place is beautiful and worked excellent for our family. The chalet is a short walk or bike ride to the lifts for mountain biking, hiking or just taking in the beautiful scenery. We enjoyed walking around the quaint and relaxing village. The house was absolutely fantastic and worked perfectly for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids). We had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out, which made a huge difference with our larger group.The house was incredibly comfortable and warm. There were lots of blankets for chilly nights (though we didn’t needed them because the house heated so well). The heated room for our gear was an absolute godsend! Something I didn’t realize I’d appreciate so much until we had it. There were also tons of towels, both for showers and the hot tub, which was so convenient.The kitchen truly had everything (even muffin tins). Lots of spices, olive oil, and coffee (though admittedly not quite enough to keep up with six kids for a full week ).We didn’t end up skiing in, as we had some beginner snowboarders and didn’t think the trail would be ideal for them (it looked like it might be a cat track). We also didn’t try out the shuttle. The drive to the parking lot of the hill is two mins away. Overall, everything about the house was so thoughtfully set up, which made our stay incredibly easy and stress-free. On top of that, the owners were extremely helpful. I can’t say enough about the support and help they provided us during our stay. We truly felt taken care of.

We are residents of both Kamloops and Sunpeaks and have grown up skiing at this mountain for the last 45 years. we have seen the evolution of the mountain from its early days of "Tod Mountain" .

Why they chose this property

We love it here and enjoy Summer and Winter recreation at Sun Peaks. Our family enjoys Mountain Biking and Skiing year round and we have been able to have many great memories here over the years. It has been our dream to own a home at Sun Peaks and we are very lucky to now have this beautiful Chalet to enjoy and share with others.

We love the Ski in location, proximity to the village and beautiful open floor plan with wrap around windows. The covered Hot tub on the front deck with mountain views is an amazing spot for enjoying Apres ski moments!
