Spectacular Beach Front Condo in Phoenix 2 with Amazing Views on the 7th Floor!

Phoenix 2 Unit #2072 (7th floor)...Your family will LOVE this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Phoenix 2. It is located on the 7th floor, with beautiful beach views from the balcony our Gulf Coast is known for! This is a perfect spot for making family memories!

Everyone will enjoy the HUGE 70" TV in the living room for sure!!! And, you can enjoy the TV while relaxing in the new living room furniture! Also, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room just in case you need it! The dining room seats 6 plus there are 4 bar stools at the "bar" counter!

The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom so that you get a spectacular view! (NOTE: the master bedroom doesn't have a sliding glass door leading to the balcony, but it does have a floor-to-ceiling window!) The guest bedroom has a full top and full bottom bunk bed and a flat screen to enjoy. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.

This condo sleeps up to 7 people by using the sofa sleeper as well! It also has a stackable washer and dryer and FREE WIFI!

It was really run down. The ceiling is peeling in the master bedroom, paint is chipped on the door frames, the shower and fixtures were cheap, they provided the bare minimum, there was even dried blood on the inside door frame going in the master bedroom. Wish I paid more for a nicer condo. Location was good, why I got it.

Our family of four, including two kids, really enjoyed our stay! Phoenix II felt safe and very clean. We often saw staff actively cleaning and maintaining the property, which was reassuring. The gated parking lot was a great feature, and we never experienced long waits for the elevators.The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The beach was never overcrowded — we always had our own little space to relax and enjoy.10/10 — we would absolutely recommend staying here!

Location a great. Easy beach access abs close to groceries, food, and entertainment. Cleanliness was lacking.... there was a used floss pick under the dining room table, partially eaten potato chip on the couch, partially eaten cookie in the deck and mold on the guest shower curtain. If it was cleaner, 5 stars. As it was 3 stars.

Lovely place!

This condo was clean and well-stocked. Beautiful view and great location directly across the street from Docs Seafood and Steak. Close to grocery stores and shopping. We would return to this condo in the future. The beach was easy to access and well taken care of.

Relaxing vacation

Hard to beat the view! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We checked in over time-change weekend and so the timing was off on the entry code, but a phone call quickly corrected that. The solar-heated pool next door was a huge bonus.

Beautiful, Relaxing Getaway

The property was as described. We especially loved the view of the gulf from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the unit was in great condition. We had a great time, and we hope we can visit again.

The room was great, we had no issues there.We did, however, have multiple things stolen and/or broken from the area where you are supposed to be able to keep your beach things to dry out on the first floor. We won’t return to another Phoenix Hotel.

Our stay was wonderful! The booking process and check-in were both smooth, and the keyless entry made everything so easy. The space was exactly as described, and the listing clearly outlined what to bring, so we felt fully prepared. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The kitchen was stocked with adequate utensils and pans, which made cooking simple. The second bedroom was perfect for our child, and we especially appreciated the two rockers for rocking our little one.The view was beautiful and a quick walk to the pools and beach, and the whole place was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We also enjoyed the kiddie pool and splash pad options for our baby. The 55 parking pass was expected as listed, so there were no surprises. Overall, it was a perfect stay. We don’t usually return to the same destination for vacations, but if we ever come back to Orange Beach, this is exactly where we’d choose to stay.
