About this property

Charming Home in the Heart of Camden Village

Whether you’ve already fallen in love with Camden, Maine, or you're visiting for the first time, this warm and charming home will become the place you always want to escape to. It is located right in the heart of Camden Village so walking to all of your favorite shops and restaurants is a breeze. And, of course, Camden Harbor is right here for you to enjoy all of the sights and activities…from 4th of July fireworks and ice cream after dinner, to schooner rides.

Camden is called the “Jewel of the Coast”. There is a harbor full of sailboats, and Camden has been used as a setting for many movies including Carousel and Peyton Place—so it really is quintessential Maine. There is always something to do here…US Toboggan Championships, Windjammer Weekend, the Summer HarborArts Juried Arts & Crafts Show, and Christmas by the Sea, just to name a few of the events that happen year-round.

This lovely home has been updated in 2018 with brand new furnishings, linens, and kitchenware, and boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen is open to the living area and there is a lovely dining room so you can enjoy a delicious lobster dinner. The master suite with its king sized bed and full bath, are on the first floor. There are three lovely bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. There is also a private deck, which is accessed from the living room, so you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the starry nighttime sky while sipping cocktails and chatting with friends and family.

There is off-street parking for up to 4 cars, and there is WiFi throughout the house, in addition to two smart televisions so you can access your Netflix, Hulu, and other accounts. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use.

Location, location, location. This house is within walking distance to everything in Camden, stores, parks, harbor, bars and restaurants. We stayed 2 weeks and had the best time. Jennifer was fantastic to work with and very responsive. The house was as shown and was very comfortable. If you are coming to the area book this place. You will love it.

Historic home and lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown Camden, comfortable beds, and nice kitchen and dining room. The host, Jen, was terrific and quick to respond to our needs. I only gave 4 stars because the house needs a deep cleaning- dust under beds, window sills cleaned, etc. The furniture (sofa and Chairs) in the living room should be cleaned or replaced.

Lovely house in the center of downtown Camden. The home was clean and had all amenities. Perfect for travelling the Maine coast and town hoping. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect! We will definitely be back. Perfect location.

So close to town, but also so quiet. Perfect backyard for small kids and adults after kids go to bed. Really ideal rental if you love Camden like us. Check in and out could not be easier. Grill worked great.
