This apartment's proximity to the beach is fantastic! You can watch surfers from the deck. The parking spot is great. Although we weren't able to access the locks on the bikes, having bikes available to use was wonderful.

We loved the location and view! We enjoyed being able to walk to a lot of restaurants and different beaches. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Having a parking spot along the busy Windansea Beach area was a huge asset.

The location was excellent right across from the ocean. Nice to have a parking spot. The communication was excellent. But the unit needs some TLC. It is an older building — the bathrooms have been renovated and are good. The towels and linens were very nice. But the kitchen was old and not well equipped. No AC was a problem as it was hot when we were there— consider portable AC units in windows. The windows and screens were dirty and not all windows had screens which made it difficult to get a cross ventilation going. The sliding doors to the front deck needs a screen to get good cross ventilation. I did reach out to the manager with these complaints and they were very responsive and said they would take care of these issues. It would be a 5 star place to stay if a little money was put into this place. You can’t beat the location.

Very nice, comfortable property with a fantastic view to watch surfers ride the waves! Right next to beautiful oceanside walkway. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Host was pleasant and communicative. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an awesome visit!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect with gorgeous views out the window and porch. You can walk to downtown La Jolla in about 20 minutes and see the seals and sea lions. The bedrooms are spacious and the two bathrooms are great, too. The kitchen was fully equipped. The perks of the bicycles and the laundry in the basement were exceptional. We rode all the way down to Mission Beach in about 30-45 minutes- so fun! Good communication from hosts. Highly recommend.

Holiday stay

Place did not disappoint. Views are amazing. We stayed over Thanksgiving holiday and place had everything we needed for our stay. Great area -Rosemonts Cafe just up the street great for quick breakfast.
