Ein total praktisch eingerichtetes, kleines Appartement. Sauber und leicht zu pflegen. Viel Stauraum für die eigenen Sachen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das kleine Bad direkt neben dem Bett im Schlafzimmer. Und man ist eben in der Stadt, also hat man große Straßen und Wohnblocks rings herum. Aber andererseits supergünstige Lage: mit dem Rad ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten in der Stadt und am Strand, 2 Supermärkte sind nahe bei und die Garage für das Auto und eigene Fahrräder ist auch prima.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec notre fille de 3ans. Très bon accueil des hôtes.L'appartement est spacieux, la déco est sympa, on s'y sent tout de suite en vacances. Il est fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. Le lave vaisselle est appréciable en vacances 😉.La literie est très bonne.Le jardin est top pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur. il est parfaitement bien situé géographiquement et on a le bus à la porte pour partir dans le centre ou autre.C'etait vraiment top.

Cathy et son mari sont agréables et à l'écoute. Leur appartement contient tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour avec des matériaux de qualité et est situé non loin du centre de la Rochelle. Tout est à proximité. Le petit jardin est un plus.

Appartement en rez de chaussée très convenable mais situé à 20 mètres d'un boulevard et à 50 mètres d'un rond point Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de chambre de jour comme de nuit pour des problèmes de bruit et de risque d'intrusion Quartier peu accueillant dans les faubourgs de La Rochelle

Je suis très surprise de ce commentaire que nous n'avions jamais eu jusqu'alors . L'appartement est situé à 800m de la mer et à 1.5 km du centre ville . Il y a effectivement des ronds points pour circuler et La Rochelle est une ville cotée , il y a donc un peu de monde . Le double vitrage évite le bruit et il n'y a pas de nuisances . Le quartier n'est pas malfamé.Nous n'avons jamais eu de remarques sur cet aspect .Le quartier est calme et vous êtes en sécurité . l'appartement est agréable et le jardin un vrai plus. Vous n'entendez pas de bruit lorsque vous êtes installés sur les transats . Je ne pense pas que nous puissions parler de faubourg concernant ce quartier .Le plan de situation est précis dans l'annonce ce qui ne laisse pas de surprises . Je regrette que vous ne nous ayez pas fait part de vos remarques de vive voix ou pendant votre séjour . J'ai à cœur que chaque vacancier passe un séjour agréable je regrette que cela ne vous ai pas convenu . Cathy
