My wife and I spend a few days per month in Greenville and we’ve stayed all over town. Houses, condos, hotels, etc. We really enjoyed this spot. It’s a great space with a great location. Check it out if you’re headed into Greenville.

This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Check-in was easy, the place is clean and is in a great location. Extra details like an electric kettle and teapot for us tea lovers, and a sound machine (not really needed, but I usually sleep with one) were appreciated. Tricia communicated promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay. We parked and didn’t need the car again until we left. Everything we wanted to see and do was walking distance and all our meals were outstanding, this was our first trip to Greenville and we shall return, The apartment was the perfect location to enjoy downtown!

You won’t be disappointed in this property!! It has everything you need. It was clean & comfortable and Tricia the property host checked in along the way. Its Extremely well located to everything you want to do in Greenville. We were able to walk everywhere, the car never left the parking garage. Which is conveniently located right next to the property! What an Awesome Place!!

Location! Location! Location!!!! This proved to be our best VRBO stay to date. Everything about it exceeded our expectations… from the 2 blue moon beers left in the fridge for us along with the creamer for our coffee, to the rose creation with the top piece of toilet paper on all the bathroom rolls. Tricia leaves detailed instructions on where to park, entry code info, restaurant recommendations and so much more. Made our stay seamless to begin and easy to depart. Can’t say enough about this little gem in the heart of Greenville.

My mom and I stayed here for a weekend. The host provided excellent instructions for parking and checking in. She promptly responded and fixed a small issue we had with the TV. The place is very convenient and walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and parks. Extremely well kept property with everything you need for your stay! Highly recommend!!

I rent these types of properties multiple times a year, and this is one of the best that I have ever rented!!! Management had thought of everything! Communication was also one of the best I have ever experienced. The location is perfect!!! I will definitely rent this place again!!
