About this property

Close To Disney Resort Townhouse-4 Bedrooms

Close to Disney. But you don't need to go to Disney to just get away and relax. Short walk to Waffle House, Wendy's and Applebees (about "one lap around a track"). Sam's Club right across the street from the Resort(must be member). Play tennis, do a little fishing, splash pad, basketball court, volleyball, paddle boats. And of course, the tiki bar next to the heated pool and jacuzzi! Time to relax and ENJOY! (very small rental fee for some equipment)

The space:
This is a townhouse / condo unit in a resort Rental Community called Villas of Seven Dwarfs Lane. Villas at Seven Dwarfs is one of most sought after vacation resort properties in the Orlando/Disney area!
We have a Master Suite on the main level and a second master suite upstairs. There are two more bedrooms upstairs making a total of four bedrooms. IMPORTANT NOTE: Right now, the photos posted do not show correct bedroom configuration. The correct bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1 (Main Master Suite) has King bed; Bedroom 2 (Second Master Suite) has Queen bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds; Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Please, non smokers only as we have asthma person in the family.

Guest access
You will have access to our entire unit which is about 1400 square feet. The resort community has a heated pool and hot tub, a pond with fishing allowed, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a splash pad, there is a tiki bar next to the pool that sells drinks and some food items.

Other things to note
We are new to this. So we don't have ratings yet. But our place is VERY nice and we are very honest people. We want you to have a great time and to be impressed so that you will rate us high. Of course, we also want you to be nice to us and to our property. :) Also, the resort association has rules that must be obeyed. Things like no bicycles inside community, noise restrictions, etc. and they are pretty strict about it.
There are nominal rental fees for basketballs, tennis rackets, fishing poles etc. (really just designed so people don't "hog" them :) )

Really enjoyed our stay in your condo

We would definitely recommend this condo and complex to family and friends ,it was especially nice to be able to sit outside on the wrap around porch ,it is In walking distance to many shops and restaurants ,7/11right across the road which was real handy for a morning coffee !! Why they chose this property

Our property located in the top short term rental resort development known as Villas at Seven Dwarf's Lane. Our specific unit is one of the most sought after in the entire resort due to our awesome wrap-around porch.
The resort is walking distance to Waffle House (for breakfast), Wendy's (for lunch) and Applebee's (for dinner). Or Sam's is right across the street if you want to save money and make your own meals!
The resort is great for couples or families. There is something for all age groups. Probably the only category that would NOT love this resort development would be college kids looking for big parties. There is an awesome Tiki Bar with nice food items (pizza, chicken tenders, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches) and the best Pina Colada you'll ever have. But it is a pretty quiet, laid back place. Except on Friday evenings when there is Kareoke by the pool and Tiki Bar. Young kids LOVE the pool and splash pads. Older kids (including our college son and newlywed daughters and son-in-laws) love the pool, tennis courts and other amenities. Close to Disney too! But we hear kids in the pool all the time telling their parents they'd rather stay here than go to Disney (much to their parent's chagrin).
If you just want a weekend getaway, you can often find SUPER cheap flights to Orlando (I have flown for as little as $70 round trip from Detroit). Then just catch an Uber instead of renting a car. Or spend the week and get a discount on our rate.
