Little paradise

Sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the moon shine on the sea were among the most beautiful things experienced on a vacation. The palms, the trees and the manicured lawn create a relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool completes the idyllic setting.

Tolle Lage und traumhafter Ausblick.Fußläufig zum schönen Strand und zur Altstadt.Wir hatten in der Wohnung mit zwei Kindern jede Menge Platz. Der Pool war auch riesig und schön, allerdings ist der Pool mehr zum Schwimmen gedacht, da keine Liegen usw. vorhanden sind. In der Wohnung war allerdings eine Klappstuhl vorhanden, den man mit hinunter nehmen konnte.Ein Sonnenschirm und drei Bastmatten für den Strand waren auch vor Ort. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, nur eine Mikrowelle gab es nicht.Die Wohnung sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern.

Fridfullt med världens finaste utsikt

Andra gången i lägenheten. Stannat 3 veckor den här gången. Lägenheten hade ny diskmaskin o tvättmaskin. Resten var som vi hade året innan. Morgonen o kvällen på balkongen är oslagbart. Med fåglar som flyger omkring. Sista veckan kom många nya människor i huset som hade hyrt andra lägenheter. Vid poolen o med springande barn blev tyvärr hela upplevelsen lite mindre fridfull. Kontakten med ägaren är bra o snabbt.

Der Blick aufs Mittelmeer ist phantastisch

Sehr große schöne Wohnung mit klassischer Ausstattung, sehr hell, riesiger EckBalkon. Leider konnten wir ihn aufgrund des Wetters nur wenig nutzen. Aber die Aussicht auf die Bucht von La Napoule und das Esterel Gebirge war selbst bei Regenschauern einmalig, sehr große Balkonschiebetüren lassen das zu. Der Kontakt zu den Betreuern war einfach und schnell. PKW steht geschützt in abgeschlossenem Grundstück. TV allerdings nur französisch. Internetverbindung war passabel. Man ist schnell am Strand bei Überquerung von 2 ampelgesteuerten Straßen, kann von dort an der Promenade bis zur Croisette laufen. Ein Aldi ist ca. 10 Laufminuten entfernt. Wohnung und Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Fin charmig äldre lägenhet med trevlig balkong med vacker välskött trädgård omkring. Utsikt över havet. Bra fungerande kök. Öppet fint vardagsrum. Ca10 minuter till mataffären och 15 till gamla stan. Vi är nöjda.

Grand condo, très bien équipé, vue superbe, grand balcon, très bien situé (calme, sur un site plein de verdure, grand jardin, 7 minutes à pied de la plage, 12 minutes à pied du centre de Cannes). Seul bémol : belle piscine mais entretien un peu moins soigné.

Messe in Cannes

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr guter Zustand, fantastische Aussicht. Wir haben eine Woche in Cannes und Umgebung verbracht und das Appartement ist ein perfektes Basislager für alle Unternehmungen. Die Küche haben wir kaum genutzt, sie wäre aber ausreichend ausgestattet für eine Selbstversorgung. Sanitärräume sind sehr gut. Leider war das Wetter zu kühl, um den Pool zu testen 😎

Top locatie met prachtig uitzicht.

De foto's op de website liegen er niet om, het zicht is echt zo mooi. Het appartement, gelegen op de vierde verdieping, is heerlijk ruim en licht. Het terras is heerlijk, op elk moment van de dag heb je ergens wel zon en aan de andere kant schaduw. Er zijn overal rolluiken en uitschuifbare zonneluifels. Er staan twee zeer comfortabele lafuma stoelen, nog 2 extra had wel fijn geweest want de bistro stoeltjes nodigen niet echt uit tot lang zitten. De woonkamer heeft geen airco maar het was te doen als je de rolluiken overdag dicht hield. De slaapkamer hadden gelukkig wel een hele goede nieuwe airco, dat was ook echt nodig. De keuken en badkamers waren zeer basic en ouderwets maar desalnietemin zeer net onderhouden. Het enige wat wij echt niet goed vonden en wat een domper gezet heeft op ons hele verblijf waren de bedden. Ik weet dat het gebruikelijk is/was in Frankrijk maar 140cm bedden zijn echt niet meer van deze tijd. Uiteindelijk hebben wij (de ouders) met elks een kind per kamer geslapen omdat we met twee gewoon niet in het bed pasten. Ook de kwaliteit van de matrassen was niet goed. Het zwembad heeft een kinderbad en een heerlijk diep gedeelte. De stenen er rond zijn wel niet comfortabel om op te zitten. Het had fijn geweest mochten er kleine stoeltjes beschikbaar zijn om mee te nemen aan het zwembad. Kortom, mits nog enkele vernieuwingen is dit appartement zeker een aanrader!

Wunderbarer Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Die Anlage ist sauber. Alles ist ordentlich. Die Matratze ist wirklich gut, wir haben einwandfrei geschlafen. Der Pool ist auch super. Zum rundum Wohlfühlpaket hätte ich mir eine Rolle Toilettenpapier im Bad gewünscht und Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika in der Küche. Die Gewürze im Küchenschrank sind leider schon etwas älter und so mussten wir uns am Anreisetag erst alles kaufen. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn der Balkon wenigstens gekehrt gewesen wäre und auch sonst hätte es können - meiner Meinung nach - etwas sauber sein in der Wohnung. Es lag noch Sand zwischen den Sofa Kissen und die Bäder hätten auch etwas gründlicher geputzt werden können. Wanne und Waschbecken sind halt auch schon alt und mit Kalk belegt. Auch die Küche hätte sauberer sein können (z.B. der Backofen). Trotzdem hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir wieder kommen wollen.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur

Sehr schöne Aussicht von den Schlaf- und dem Wohnzimmer auf das Meer. Große, schöne Terrasse. Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Schmale Betten aber gute Matratzen. Zwei Bäder, Dusche aber sehr klein. Lage perfekt - ruhig, aber Strand und Stadt gut zur Fuß zu erreichen. Kontakt mit Vermittler und Ansprechpartner vor Ort reibungslos. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen.

Perfektes schönes Appartement

Eigentlich können wir nur wiederholen und bestätigen was Sabine G. bereits ausgeführt hat. Perfektes Apartment - grosse und schöne Räume - sehr schöner Meerblick – sehr großer Balkon mit stets Sonne. Fotos entsprechen genau den Bildern. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Parkanlage. Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstür bzw. in der Tiefgarage (reservierter Platz). Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß am Strand bzw. in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Bäckerei mit leckeren Sachen auch in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar (am Strand). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet und die Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort verlief unproblematisch und reibungslos. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und können es deshalb gerne vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen.

Stor, rolig og med fantastisk udsigt

Lejligheden er meget rummelig og ligger i et smukt og roligt kvarter med 5 minutter til stranden og 15 minutter til Cannes centrum. Udsigten fra den store terrasse er fantastisk.

Luxury appartment, great view, close by the beach
Spacious appartment (107m²) with a direct view on the pool and its protected garden. The terrace offers a great panorama from Lérins Islands to the Esterel mount.

The double living room is open to the 45 m² terrace with sun during the whole day.

The appartment is bright and calm, located in a secured residence with a building keeper. The swimming pool has a children pool and secured access in the middle of a green garden.

The residence has a parking with two exits which avoid trafic jam alongside the beach.

Only 15 min walk is necessary to reach the city center and less than 10 min to the beach. Bus stations and library are very close to the residence.
