Pictures don’t do it justice. Great for a family of 4. Fully equipped. The host has thought of everything! Safe, quiet, centrally located and very comfortable. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Would certainly book again. The river-facing patio is very soothing.
Great location. Very helpful to have the parking pass. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with the River rushing by. Only complaint would be the skylight directly above the bed. It didn’t really matter to us since we were up early for hiking but it might be a problem for those that want to sleep in late.
This is the perfect place to stay for a wonderful trip to Estes Park! You can walk to everything and parking was very easy. It’s clean and spacious and just so beautiful! Be sure to sit on the outside deck and listen to the river right below! Recommended!!
This is our second time to stay here and we enjoyed our visit. It’s convenient to everything in Estes and a very comfortable place. The host is great to work with and communicates details well. Our only complaint on this visit was it seemed like someone might have brought a cat recently. My wife is very allergic. She had symptoms whenever sitting on the couch in the main room. We always try to find pet free places.
Great location, great place. We enjoyed RMNP during the day and relaxing in town afterwards. This is a great location to just relax and be close to all things Estes!
The loft was spacious, light, clean, and well-equipped. We loved the little balcony, the comfy couch, and the proximity to downtown. The check-in/check-out was easy. We loved the place and would come back in a heartbeat!
Check in document had all the information we needed, very thorough and helpful. The home itself was clean and perfect, outstanding location, and bigger than we expected. We have spent several weekends in Estes Park over the last 20 years or so, and this is by far the best. We would definitely stay there again!
Very nice place. Close to the Main Street in town but facing the stream not the noisy street. Sitting on the deck with a cold drink after a day of hiking was very pleasant and yet we were still walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Excellent location with easy access to the park, many dining choices, and shopping. Very quiet. Deck next to creek was very relaxing. We will definitely recommend to all our friends and would stay again.
Right on the river, the view and tranquil sound is outstanding. The location is right downtown, walk everywhere. Wonderful place, everything you need. Will stay again

About the host
Hosted by Stacey Branch
My name is Stacey Branch, my husband and I purchased this condo in 2017 as our weekend getaway and we are thrilled to be able to offer it up to others who need a break from the stress of life in beautiful Estes Park. I've been living in Colorado for over 20 years, RMNP and Estes have some of the best hiking in the country and it's a quick drive from Denver.
Why they chose this property
This property was one we decided to purchase because of the location - both in town and walkable to everything and also close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Spend a day hiking in the park and come back with the ease of walking to dinner and enjoying the sound of the river rushing by this quiet condo.
