Downtown Sacramento Short Term Rental

Great place! The owner went above and beyond to accommodate my family during our stay. The location was perfect as well as the amenities. Check-in and parking instructions were straight forward. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Sacramento area.

Enjoyable home base from which to explore Sac

This condo is ideally located near the capitol, Golden 1 area, and old Sacramento. We were able to walk to all these places. It is also clean and comfortable with very nice amenities. There is a large balcony from which to enjoy the lovely spring weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location in downtown Sacramento.

Location in downtown was very good. Property access is a process until the key fob and garage remote are retrieved from inside the unit. Beds are very comfortable. Minor complaint about the dusk and dawn crow noise, but you do get accustom to it after a few nights.

Great spot on a great city

We rented the property because our daughter was moving to Sacremento and we wanted to help her settle in. The condo was perfect! All rooms and living room had access to the balcony. Every day we enjoyed sitting and watching the city go by. Accommodations were great beds comfy, body soap and shampoo. Wonderful paintings throughout the property. We were looking forward to the pool, however , due to covid-19 the pool was closed.

Very happy with stay!

My husband and I were able to connect with our Airman in a homey setting, make dinners, play cards and go for walks in Old Sacramento. Loved the balcony! Location felt very safe with families all around close to many restaurants and coffee shops.

Downtown Luxury Condo

We were very impressed with this lovely, upscale condo which happened to be minutes away from where our conference was being held. Dave was very responsive, and gave us needed information in a timely manner. His condo is beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Everything looks new and in great condition. The neighborhood was quiet, everyone we made contact with was very friendly and kind. We loved that the city was extremely dog-friendly, though it made us miss our fur-baby even more. The condo was a perfectly comfortable abode that we looked forward to coming home to each night after our adventures in Sacramento. I would recommend it very highly. Mahalo nui, Kahulu

Wonderful!! Great condo, in a great building, in a great downtown location!

I highly recommend this condo for your next trip to Sacramento! The owner was super easy to work with. He was always quick to answer any questions. The unit is just as lovely as it looks in the pictures, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. It's a quick walk to many restaurants, the Capitol, the Golden 1 Center, and the Old Waterfront. The secure parking garage with a designated parking spot was great since we had a rental car for the week. Everything about the building (and garage) felt very safe. The condo had everything we needed. And it was so nice to return at the end of a long day and feel like we were home! If we ever have a reason to return to Sacramento, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Great 2 bd/2ba Condo in Midtwn

The place is very new, clean and well stocked with kitchen stuff, extra towels,soaps ,you name it. They very generously supply a Keurig coffee maker and pods which we all enjoyed. There's like 1000 tv channels and big TVs in each room and the beds/bedding are super comfy. We didn't cook much but everything you need to is there. The building is very secure, has a super nice gym that we all used. Great location! Close to everything. We mostly walked everywhere - the river - bars - malls -breweries -shopping - restauraunts. There's also a small shop across the street to pick up miil etc and they have a deli. Would definatley return

I love this place and intend to stay here again when I return to Sacramento. The building is secure and wonderfully well-kept. It's located 15 minutes from the meetings I was attending at the Citizen Hotel, but the walk was pleasant (in March) and safe. There's a grocery and a Morton's Steakhouse a stone's throw from the building. The apartment itself is clean, well-furnished, light, and pleasant. I found everything I needed, and nothing didn't work. The directions provided by Dave were clear and covered everything I needed to know about the place. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Home away from home in Sacramento

This condo was just as advertised. It was better than other VRBOs that I have rented. It is clean, pleasant and well located. The kitchen was great for making coffee, bacon and eggs in the morning. The condo was well supplied with TP, paper towels, soaps, including laundry soap, extra towels and much more. Having an assigned parking spot was very convenient. The owner is great and checks on you to make sure that everything is OK. My family and I are very happy with the stay.

My husband and I recently rented this condo while we attended a meeting at the convention center. The location and amenities were perfect for what we needed. So much nicer than renting a hotel room! The condo was clean and well stocked with all the essentials; coffee, TP, towels, etc. Having secured parking was a plus. The only suggestions we would make would be to get higher lamps in the master bedroom to make reading easier and a couple of small drink tables in the living room. The location would be perfect for anyone needing to stay close to the capital. For us it was a little too far away from our daughter's house. Don't know how securely the horizontal slat above the shades in the master was, but it came down the first night when we closed them. We enjoyed our stay and want to let you know the master bed was very comfortable.

Top Notch!

Everything about this condo was top notch. Located within walking distance to everything made it super convenient. The fully stocked kitchen had everything and was like new. There was even great coffee and biscotti for the morning! Super comfortable beds with great city views from from each room. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again.
