Great Venue for Reunions!

Rented three units at Marlin Bay Yacht Club for a college reunion over MLK Weekend. The apartments were elegant and very clean; the staff friendly and helpful! The location gave us easy access to must see locations as Bahia Honda beach; and Key West. We had a really great time. Thank you Marlin Yacht Club!!!

Great Family Vacation

This was a great unit, on a great property. We had a wonderful time with plenty to do. My 6-year-old loved the gradual depth pool. The only drawbacks was that I thought we would be able to fish around the docks, which we could not and was disappointing to my son. And the pool / hot tub closed at dusk which is limiting for parents that want some alone time.

We would love to allow fishing off the docks, but unfortunately it can be a bit unsafe (hooks, casting, etc.) with the amount of foot and boat traffic in and around the marina. There are plenty of bridges/spots in the area that we'd be more than happy to recommend for shore fishing. We also wish we could allow night swimming, but our insurance policy does not allow us to do so. Additionally, the homes are so close to the pool that too much activity on the pool deck at night, could be disruptive for any guests trying to rest/sleep. Thank you so much for your feedback and I hope that we will have the opportunity to host you again!

The beach homes are beautifully appointed, private yet with a sense of community and the property and pool are manicured impeccably! Scott and Kyle (the bartenders) provide an excellent atmosphere poolside. The drinks are top notch - and they even keep the kids engaged and refreshed!! Best smoothies ever!!!Allie, Claudine and Erin the concierge staff, were most inviting and accommodated our every need during our vacation. A special mention to Buffalo for his time attention. We will most definitely be returning and will rave to our friends and family about our incredible experience with your amazing resort!

We loved being steps away from the clubhouse & the pool & the bicycle rental came in handy for us a couple of times. The concierge & bartenders were helpful & pleasant to chat with. A couple of small complaints were that the nonalcoholic frozen drinks were too expensive & we wished the clubhouse & pool had stayed open later. Otherwise, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool & watching the sunset from the picnic tables in the marina. Would stay again!

This is our second time visiting Marlin Bay Resort and Marina. It’s spacious for a family, and the property is entertaining. The only recommendation is they need to upgrade the coffee cups. They are tiny designer cups that don’t fit the hands very well. I was tempted to go out and buy a souvenir cup just to use for the week. Other than that, the elevator comes in handy because I have a muscular disease that interferes with me walking up and down steps. If you hadn’t noticed, many homes in the keys all have stairs. Luckily these homes have an elevator. Great stay, and we will be back for a 3rd visit.

It was nice for the Location.

I would stay again but it is by the commercial boat yards only issue but gated so not much of a concern. Limited parking so if your vehicle doesn't fit in a garage and you come at a peak time I wouldn't leave my vehicle outside of the gates. Other then that very nice place.
