Our first floor unit is nestled in Sunset Village which is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay’s award winning 27 hole Country Club! There are also over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles.

We comfortably sleep 5-6 guests & only 10 minutes from Amazing Sunset Beach & short ride to both Ocean Isle Beach & North Myrtle Beach.

The master bedroom boasts a King bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds if needed,
Flat screen Television huge walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and access to the screened patio.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and flat screen TV & large closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a dishwasher and full-size washer/dryer.
The living area includes a 42” flat screen cable TV, plenty of board games, The sofa converts to a Queen size sleeper, Large sliding doors provide access to a private, screened patio complete with Bistro set & rocking chair which overlooks a pond to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

We also include Cable & WI-FI for your convenience.
Local amenities include two swimming pools, outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, exercise fitness room and community outdoor grills.

Neighboring Calabash & Ocean Isle offer some of the best seafood & restaurants in the world!
And, if you love shopping Myrtle Beach is only a short distance away.

Please be sure to empty the refrigerator & dishwasher, return pool pass to the lighthouse hook on the kitchen wall & dispose all trash in the trash receptacle located by the pool area upon exiting.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The best place to stay when coming to Sunset Beach!! Clean, comfortable, and felt right at home! We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and relaxing. It was a peaceful quiet clean community. Everyone was very friendly in the area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Lynne and June went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was just what we needed! We have never stayed anywhere with such amazing host and amazing hospitality! They even recognized that it was my birthday and it brought tears to my eyes as we walked in to the most welcoming stay. You will not be disappointed! We will be returning on a regular.

A great condo close to the beach!

Nice getaway

Property was clean and well maintained. Only drawback is distance to the beach. You have to drive to the beach and pay a daily parking fee.

Wonderful Stay

This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo and once again we were very satisfied. The unit was clean and perfectly fit our needs for a weekend stay. I would recommend as Lynne and June are wonderful to rent from.
