There is a window air conditioner in the living room should you need it, plus two ceiling fans. The tradewinds bring the fresh sea air into your living space and the unit faces South so there is no direct sun entering the condo during the day. This keeps the condo comfortable most of the year. Free secure 5G speed (400 Mb/s) wireless Internet for your devices. There is a smart flat screen TV in the living room. There is a desk and chair for working and a washer and dryer inside the condo. The master bedroom has King size bed, TV ,and ceiling fan. Bathroom has tub/shower with hand railing.

* Guests are subject to any future State of Hawaii tax increases.
* General Excise (GE) and Transient Accommodations (TA) taxes collected and submitted to the State of Hawaii.

Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.
