Luxury Cape Cod Retreat – Ocean Views, Walk to Beach, Expansive Deck & Spa!

Our 3 bedroom home is styled for most sophisticated clientele. Peaceful Zen environment from when you step into the house.
All bedrooms gaze out over the ocean, mountains, marina, and coastline.
Listen to the ocean waves while you sleep!
Move up into the living room with breathtaking views that stretch across Santa Monica Bay.
Large walk around country kitchen, complete with Wolf stove and 2 sinks; that allows everyone to sit and gather during your breakfast and evening meals.
TV room for those who wish to catch up on shows, sports or a movie.
We have Central Air.
The backyard has a 1200 Square foot, three level deck.
The views only get better! Sit in the spa and watch the sun melt away in the horizon, then wait for the city lights to give you the twinkling lights of Santa Monica Pier's Ferris Wheel, to the coast highway all the way up to Malibu.
Now that your relaxed from the spa, move over to the 11 Ft. couch to chill and chat. Nestle closely together and watch the boats going up and down the Marina.
Ready for the beach! Put on your swimsuits and sandals as you are a short walk to the sand. On your way home stop at one of many restaurants for an appetizer and glass of wine.
Our Playa del Rey Beach town is just a short drive to the famous Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach!
Our property is located directly on the bluffs overlooking the Santa Monica Bay, views of Marina Del Rey to Malibu including the majestic Santa Monica mountain range.
There are three bedrooms
The Primary bedroom has a private contemporary bathroom, king size Aireloom comfort mattress. Walk-in closet.
Second bedroom has a queen size very comfortable bed and closet with a shared bathroom.
Third bedroom has a queen size bed and closet.
All the bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Loved the house and the location. Walkable to restaurants/beach and a little removed from the hustle of LA, but we were easily able to tour the area as well. Super close to the airport too but noise from planes wasn't an issue. The house is well stocked (we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal there), very comfortable, and has incredible views. Darla was a very kind and attentive host and we'd definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Darla's beach house! The location is unbeatable, close to restaurants, the beach and even the airport. The views from nearly every room are wonderul. Darla is very responsive and it's refreshing for a host to actually meet guests at the property for an orienting process. She graciously allowed us an early check-in to accommodate our schedule. I was born and raised in San Pedro, LA County. Moving to glorious Playa Del Rey when I was 16. To me now, PDR has the best of all worlds; a funky little beach town with amazing restaurants and shops! Close to everything, Lax, Museums, Downtown, Santa Monica, Venice and Manhattan Beach.

Why they chose this property

Ocean Views Galore and Walk to the Sand! Ocean Views from Every bedroom, living room and Dining room, because we sit on a hill. But wait there's more, A Huge Tri-Level Deck up the hillside back yard. Spa, Gigantic Restoration Hardware couch and Ocean, Marina and Mountain Views!

What makes this property unique

We are located on Montreal St, which I say is the Lombard Street of Playa Del Rey. Imagine waking up and gazing out the window to see Ocean, Sand and Palm Trees. Every night the sunsets are unique and breathtaking. Walking to swim in the ocean, lay in the sand, eat at one of the many recommended restaurants and shops. You never have to drive if you don't want to. We're between Manhattan Beach and Marina Del Rey, close to Venice and Santa Monica.
