Elegant villa with heated pool, air conditioning, near St Tropez and beaches

La Croix Valmer. Elegant and comfortable recent villa for 8 people with contemporary decoration. The interior and exterior furniture, including all the bedding, are recent.

The villa is located in a secure and closed domain. Its location is very quiet, close to the beaches (Landing / Gigaro) and the city center of La Croix Valmer. Free local shuttle in summer season.

The villa has a private heated swimming pool of 9mx4m with large teak beaches, a garden with palm trees, a large covered terrace and a bowling green. In addition, 2 summer lounges, 4 deckchairs, 2 large parasols, an extendable outdoor table for 8 people as well as a Weber barbecue (gas supplied) are at your disposal. The pool heating system is new from a premium brand (Zodiac) and highly effective.

The interior benefits from reversible air conditioning in all rooms except the bedroom on the ground floor. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds upstairs and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed (convertible into 2 single beds) on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, 2 bathroom (including an en suite), 2 separate WCs, a large living / dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the terrace and a laundry / utility room that includes an extra little fridge.

Free WIFI (fibre-optic internet/ broadband) included. Sony flat screen TV, blue ray player and Ipod docking station. Cot and high chair available.

Sheets, towels and pool towels are provided and included in the price.

Clean, comfy House with a very nice pool in nice location

We enjoyed it a lot! The house was very comfy, clean and very well furnished with everything we needed. The location is perfect: 5 min (walk) to supermarket, 10 min (walk) to a bakery and city centre of La Croix-Valmer. The next very nice sand beach is just 5 min to drive. The house itself is in an gated community. And of course the nice heated pool was awesome!

Dear guest, Thank you for your late and rather surprising comments. I can only reply that they are not in line with the other comments and feedbacks we have received so far. Believe that speaks for itself. We spend a lot of time in our house and we didn’t want to live into “Ikea like” house. This is why we invested in good quality items that can be seen in the pictures. As for the beds, we are using them ourselves during our stays and they are perfectly fine. Again no guests ever mentioned a problem with them. Regards

Wir haben unseren zwei wöchigen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Gute Lage, sehr gute Sauberkeit und alles war gepflegt und funktional. Klimaanlage und Internet sind sehr gut. Wir haben die Boulebahn regelmässig bespielt und gerne draussen gegessen. Die Betten scheinen neuwertig und sind bequem, wenn auch auf der härteren seite. Trotz der nähe zur Strasse ist es sehr ruhig und man kann problemlos bei offenem Fenster schafen. Wir fühlten uns auf anhieb wohl in diesem Haus, auch der Kontakt mit den Haushältern war sehr nett.Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt fußläufig zur Ortsmitte und zum Supermarkt. Es ist alles genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Check-in und Check-out haben super funktioniert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr zentral gelegen und in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Es gab bei uns nix zu meckern, einzig der Code vom Einfahrtstor hat nicht gepasst, aber das konnte rasch behoben werden. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt und auch sonst war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir werden hier sicherlich noch mal wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung in guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus mit Pool sehr genossen. Wir sind mit acht Personen verreist. Esstisch für mehr als vier Personen nur im Außenbereich (überdacht). Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut. Haus komplett klimatisiert. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (etwas klein). Jeden Samstag kam der Poolboy. Sehr schneller, freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter (per mail) und der Verwalterin (vor Ort).

wunderschöner Urlaub in traumhaften Haus

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die gesicherte Anlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, vermittelte uns ein gutes Gefühl. Hervorheben möchten wir die geschmackvolle Einrichtung in dem gesamten Haus. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Wohn- und Essbereich sind ebenso schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit beheiztem Pool, Boule-Bahn, großer Esstisch, Weber-Grill und gemütlichen Lounge-Möbeln ist superschön. Zu Fuß kann man einen Supermarkt erreichen und 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie eine Bäckerei, Metzger etc. Die Lage des Hauses bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an. In 15 Minuten erreicht man Saint Tropez und den wunderschönen, 4,5 km langen, Pampelonne Strand. Einen Besuch wert sind die nahen, mittelalterlichen Dörfer Gassin und Ramatuelle. Die schönen Strände von La Croix Valmer sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küste und Landschaft sind außerordentlich schön. Die 10 Tage waren viel zu kurz, um alles sehen zu können, was diese Region zu bieten hat. Wir haben uns von Anfang an zu Hause gefühlt und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wohlfühl-Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa. Pool und Garten waren sehr schön. Das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet (sogar mit Kinderspielsachen für Haus und Pool!), so dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus für einen tollen Familienurlaub weiter empfehlen.

Ein echtes Paradies!!!

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in La Croix Valmer verlebt. Die Villa ist stilvoll und harmonisch eingerichtet, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight war der geheitzte Pool mit dauerhaften 28 -30 Grad - einfach traumhaft. Auch den Bouleplatz haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Lage der Villa ist super. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit bis St. Tropez, 2 Minuten zum Strand und verschiedenen netten Restaurants. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Séjour parfait

Très agréable maison avec un équipement très fourni. Le jardin est également magnifique et vous pourrez le contempler de la piscine, du salon de jardin confortable et depuis un transat. Le centre de la Croix Valmer est à 10 minutes à pieds et la plage du Débarquement à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa que nous recommandons vivement.

Très appréciable location de vacances

Maison très bien située à la Croix Valmer, possibilité d'aller dans le centre à pied pour le marché par exemple, plages à 2 minutes en voiture . La maison est très bien équipée, propre, idéale pour des vacances avec des enfants (juste bine surveiller les plus jeunes avec la piscine qui est très proche de la maison..), très bon accueil et bonne communication avec les propriétaires. A recommander pour des vacances au calme tout en étant proche des activités de cette magnifique région! Merci encore pour cet excellent séjour!

Formidable petit paradis

Superbe villa. Les photos résument parfaitement ce bijoux de vacances dans un endroit sécurisé et à proximité des plus beaux lieux du Var. Séjour à deux familles de 4 personnes, 2 couples avec nos adolescents jumeaux de 17 et 18 ans. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les nuits reposantes grâce à la clim et au silence. Repos assuré. Le matin petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au bord de la piscine. Tout le confort en vacances. Entretien par un pisciniste discret et efficace. Le propriétaire est également au petit soin et très réactif en cas de besoin. Nous conseillons vivement cette location à toutes personnes souhaitant visiter le golf de Saint Tropez et ses allant tour.

Excellent stay

We have spent 1 month there and have felt very much at home! The communication with Benoit ahead of the rental was excellent - quick and efficient. On arrival, we were welcomed by Ghislaine who did show us around the house and explained everything. The house was very clean and perfectly spotless. Every time we needed something during our stay, Benoit or Ghislaine were available to help us very quickly. The amenities are perfect and we havent found any issue / anything missing We very much look forward to coming back again!

Great place with style & charme

Charming Villa with Pool We spend two weeks summer holidays in this lovely villa in La Croix Valmer. We were 3 adults and 2 kids - 3 and 5 years. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa offers 3 big bed rooms (Kings size beds, very comfortable) and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. One of the bed rooms is a Master Bed Room with included shower for the parents - very comfortable. On the groundfloor the villa offers another bed room for 2 people, a huge living room and the kitchen. The villa was very spacious, clean and decorated with modern cosy furniture. We felt like home since our first day of arrival. Outside the villa offers a wonderful pool surrounded by a chic wooden floor terrace filled with mordern furniture and a very nice lounge area - were we spend nice and calm evenings surrounded by the beautiful and colourful flowers in the garden. The villa is located perfectly - 2 minutes by car to a spacious, sandy and very clean beach (plage debarquement) with nice beach clubs (we loved Nautic Beach) but also public area; and 2 minutes by car to the centre of the village. There is also a bus station near to the villa where you can take the bus to the beach or the village center. Next to the pool the villa also offers a boules place which brings a lot of fun at family evenings. All in all the villa was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, the equipment in the kitchen, living room, washing machine etc. was very good standard. The favorite moment for our kids was when they found plenty of kids toys in the kids room (which can be used). We spend a great time and can definitely recommend this villa - especially because the owner is very professional and always very friendly in communication while booking, arrival and departure 👍🏻😃

Très jolie villa

Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable, dans cette jolie villa meublée avec goût et très bien aménagée. La décoration est soignée, les pièces sont spacieuses et les équipements sont modernes fonctionnels et de qualités. J'ai apprécié la propreté et la mise à disposition du linge de maison. La pièce à vivre donne sur une terrasse très conviviale avec sa piscine (chauffée) et son jardin parfaitement entretenu, les transats et les grands parasols invitent au farniente. Idéalement située , a proximité du centre de la Croix Valmer et de ses magnifiques plages et balades , et proche de Saint-Tropez et de Cavalaire. Tout est réuni pour passer d'agréables vacances. Je ne peux que recommander cette agréable villa dans laquelle nous retournerons avec plaisir.
