- A main room with: a super comfortable sofa bed (bed 160 cm) TV and WIFI free access and plenty of storage, an ultra-modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, 2 hotplates, washing machine / dryers Siemens, Siemens microwave, dishwasher Siemens, vacuum cleaner and all necessary dishes to prepare tasty meals and a corner office / bar.
- A bathroom with a large sheltered shower glass doors, sinks. Towels are provided.
- Bedding is provided. Large wardrobe closet
The studio is located 2 minutes walk from the Place de Breteuil, 10 minutes from the Invalides, 15 minutes from the Seine, 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes from the Military School, 15 minutes from the Bon Marché, 15 min Gare Montparnasse. The Luxembourg Gardens is a 20 minute walk.
It is served by metro stations nearby: Duroc Lines 13 and 10 (3 min walk), Sèvres-Lecourbe Line 6 (3 min walk).
A Velib station is across the street and Autolib station.
You will find all the shops nearby and Avenue de Saxe market 3 minutes walk (Thursday and Saturday morning)
You will also find nearby cinemas Pagoda 500 m and the Montparnasse district 10 minutes.

Studio near Duroc metro

I enjoyed my 9 night stay at the studio. The sofabed was easy to pull out and put back into a couch. Comfortable to sleep and as a couch to sit. The washer was a bonus. Easy to check in, Laurent waited as it took longer than expected to get into the city. Half a flight of stairs, safe entry as I travelled solo. Loved the location. Duroc metro has 2 lines. I also took the bus. Merci.

Veryl Pleasant Stay

The location in the 7th was very relaxed and safe yet still close to the major attractions on foot or by subway. Most of the tours we went on met somewhere in the 7th Arr. close to us. Laurent quickly answered my many questions, and his daughter was very patient and showed us how everything worked on the first day. We felt like we got our monies worth. Garry and Mary

Upscale studio in great neighborhood

My daughter and I spent ten days in this studio and had an excellent stay. The space is clean and bright with upscale features and fixtures. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, even including a washer/dryer which was so useful. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable and easy to set up. The neighborhood is wonderful with lots of great restaurants and within walking distance of several notable sights like Invalides & the Eiffel Tower. It also has great access to public transit. Finally the host was extremely friendly and responsive to questions. I will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

Efficiently designed studio

A family of 3 manages this property. The daughter, Léona, was waiting for me outside the bldg. when I arrived from the airport. Her English is very good and she was super nice and helpful with my luggage . I had been traveling for 18 hours and was exhausted. I hadn’t noticed that we entered the building through the address 16 rue Duroc, even though the address of the studio is 12 Rue Duroc. I left the next morning to go to work and when I returned at the end of the day, I tried to enter 12 Rue Duroc which did not work. I called the daughter Léona, who was outside of Paris at the time, but was extremely helpful and patient over the phone. It was really my mistake and she walked me through it, and I thought that was the end of it. As I entered the apartment, I got a call from Leona‘s Mom who I had not yet met. She was screaming at me in French about how they were on a boat for the weekend and her daughter was in the countryside and there would be no one there to help me with any issues that weekend. I made the mistake of telling her that I was having trouble opening a window that was stuck. She answered, screaming at me that “ we are not a hotel and cannot provide you with room service”, in French . I’ve been renting apartments twice a year in Paris for the last 14 years. I’m well aware of what an owner‘s responsibility is. I had a friend come open the window for me. There was a heat wave a week after that. I sent a Whatsapp msg to the family to see if there was a fan in the apartment. The husband, Laurent, got back to me a few hours later and let me know that he was out buying a fan after work and could he come over at 8:30. Laurent was so helpful and kind! He was a pleasure to deal with. He bought a great fan which got me comfortably through the heat wave. This apartment also has metal shutters that are automated that you can close over the exteriors of the windows which are great to keep out the sun in the morning. The studio was renovated about 10 years ago and the appliances are really terrific. There is a Siemens dishwasher and a washer combination dryer that work really well and are easy to use. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. The studio is very quiet at night. . Rue de Sèvres is about 2 blocks away with a supermarket, great food shops and cafés. I think they could do with replacing the lumpy pillows, but the sofa bed is very comfortable. Overall, a great 24 night stay.

Excellent location and flat

This flat was exactly as advertised and was clean and efficient. It was a convenient walk to metro lines, the Eiffel Tower and local stores, including groceries. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful and very safe. The owner was easy to communicate with, responsive and respectful. Very nearby was a filming location from the movie Inception. I would not hesitate to book this rental again the next time I am in Paris. Thank you very much!

Well equipped lovely apartment.

The apartment is very well laid out and suited our needs. The pullout sofa was incredibly comfortable, felt like a real bed. It is a short walk to the closest Metro and conveniently located for local groceries.

Good location in the 7th

We called the owner when arrived and he came right away to let us in and show us how everything worked. Other than that we needed no further communication. The apt is so perfectly functional for its size. The building entrance, stairs and hallway to the apt are very basic but clean. The location was perfect. Both windows opened and there was some greenery on a neighbouring balcony. Otherwise the view would have been of a gravel roof and the streets.

Es war ein sehr sauberes, helles Studio. Super Lage, nach ca 20 Min laufen waren wir beim Eiffelturm. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist auch nett.

Una estancía estupenda

Hemos estado muy cómodos en el apartamento, es cierto que es pequeño pero es algo con lo que contábamos. Estás cerca del metro, tienes cerquita el monumento de los inválidos y la torre Eiffel, hay que dar un paseo hasta ella pero no se hace duro. Puedes utilizar patinetes eléctricos por la ciudad para moverte y la zona es muy tranquila y silenciosa. Hizo bastante calor durante nuestra estancia y no entraba mucho aire pero entiendo que es normal en las fechas en las que estamos. Tienes cesped para hacer picnic y algún que otro buen restaurante. Tienes varios supermercados cerca por lo que no hay problema para hacer la compra, incluso tienes un 24h un poquito mas alejado.
